Possibly the loveliest Guitar Store owners on the planet. They gave my Jazzmaster a quick once over and provided some much needed reassurance. Incredible range and service. The guys here a great, I stopped in to have a look and ended up chatting about a problem I was having with my peddle board. They took the time to work with my novice knowledge even though they were super busy.
I ended up walking away with a plan and solution (oh and a new peddle too). Thanks guys!

Relatively new to guitar playing, went to this shop twice in a week recently, different salespeople but both were more than happy to spend time with me explaining different aspects of various products, and make recommendation based on my experience. Easy and laid back shopping experience.

Very friendly staff, and locally owned business for many years. Pretty sure this is the last standing music store in Coffs Harbour.
The staff are VERY knowledgeable about setting up guitars. They have set up a few for me and fine tuned them. Please buy locally from here, as I don't want to have to wait for eBay sellers to deliver my guitar strings!

Really helpful staff listened to what I was looking for and helped to find / try multiple suitable guitars before I bought one.

I have bought an electric guitar, amp and loop pedal from here. Great service every time. Took extra time to explain and demo the loop pedal.
