I went to the store to buy a jacket. The service provided by James was impeccable. He was so friendly and ever willing to help. His product knowledge was excellent and he helped me choose a suitable jacket according to my requirements. James is a valuable service staff ! Well done James

One of my favourite places in Melbourne to shop. Well-stocked store for all your outdoor clothing and gear. You can get everything, from ting to dong and ding to dong, only at Anaconda Maribyrnong. The staff is really very helping and attentive. Will recommend them!!!

Came in there yesterday to buy a fishing rod and came out with the whole package. Thanks to the one awesome staff member who knew about fishing and helped me choose the right setup.

REALLY good customer service and such a good range of gear. I bought a very good sleeping bag for only $40 down from $79 and it looks nearly as good as bags worth $300+

I had a really lovely experience shopping at Anaconda Maribyrnong today. Ally told me she was only 3 days into her new job at Anaconda. Ally was so helpful on guiding me on a dual sleeping bag, camping chairs and drink bottles. She also helped me carry out my shopping to my car. Old fashioned service with a smile never goes unnoticed. Thank you Ally.

Store is a bit of a shambles but they have a great range. Staff were a bit light on but having said that, I did not have to wait for service and they were very pleasant..my go to for comparing quality and price .

I visited the Maribyrnong Anaconda store today to buy some hiking boots. Diana was very helpful and assisted me to find a great pair of shoes suited to my hiking needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I'm not suggesting buying anaconda brand bikes - they don't use generic parts - so when some parts wear or break, so too does the bike.
But the bike mechanic was very, very helpful.

Very well stocked and the floor layout makes shopping easy to navigate. Very friendly, helpful smiling staff. A real pleasure to shop and look around for other goodies.

The store has everything you may need for fishing and camping and the staff are incredibly helpful. Johnny was excellent in helping with all my fishing needs.

I called yesterday to book my son's bike in for service and new tyres, explained on the phone that it was urgent as my son's bike wasn't running well and he is only 15 and relying on his bike to get him to and from work. My son is an essential worker doing anything between 5 hour to 11 hour shifts per day with the covid19 demands at supermarkets. Mind you l have 3 other Anaconda stores closer to me but none would assist in anyway.
Maribyrnong Anaconda without any hesitation said bring it in the following day don't worry about a appointment just come in when you can.
My son's bike was serviced new tyres etc by early afternoon. I would be more then happy to go out of our way in future to purchase things from this store rather then our local one.
While we were there we spent more money in the store.
Thank-You for all your help from the guy l spoke to on the ph to the young boy who assisted us when we went into the store to Shaun the guy who serviced the bike.

Bought a cookset here which unfortunately was missing some pieces. Took it back and Silo fixed the issue swiftly and professionally, even though they didn't have the exact replacement pieces in stock. Top effort.
