We recently had our sons 21st birthday in the Courtyard. Lauren, the function manager, was an absolute bliss. She was very reactive to our queries when booking and on the night was such a lovely happy presence. Nothing was too hard for her to accommodate us. The Courtyard space is such a great area for a private party. It included our own bar with a fantastic charismatic bar tender. We decided we would go with The Feast menu which was absolutely yummy and so much food for our guests. We had so much fun that the night finished up at closing of the venue. Definitely recommend 100%.

We had an absolute blast 💥 visiting Barenz on our Australia 🇦🇺 trip, so fun we went 2 nights in a row, had the pleasure of being at a party in the courtyard. The team at Barenz were flawless and bartenders were quite entertaining.

We recently held a 21st birthday party in the Courtyard at Barenz. We had a wonderful night; our guests continued to comment on how much they enjoyed the food, the venue and the DJ who catered for all ages and read the crowd well. A huge thank you to all the staff who worked on our function and to Lauren & Olive who were very patient with all our enquires and went out their way to make our celebrations memorable.

I recently had my 40th at Barenz, and I cannot fault them. Lauren and the team did a phenomenal job! The food was fantastic, as was the music, the atmosphere and the venue as a whole. Lauren was extremely accommodating, and nothing was too hard or off limits. It was one of the easiest events I have had to plan, and that's all thanks to them. Thank you again Lauren, you are a superstar (as is Olive and Michael) 🙂

First time here and I was impressed. Went for lunch. Portions huge, food delicious. Lunch specials very well priced. So much so that, I had to check that they had charged us for everything when paying. Seemed too good value for what we had eaten. 😂

My Husband and I had our baby shower at Barenz and wow, just incredible. Super accomodating staff that are really friendly, they helped us wherever they could. Amazing food, we ended up with so much left over. The space was also perfect, it was raining earlier in the day and it was all closed in, and once it cleared we could open up the space again. Couldn't recommend enough! Will definitely have another function there.

I recently had my Engagement party at Barenz. From the initial contact and planning, to the end of the event night everything was seamless. The service on the night from Kira and Kym was impeccable. We also had many comments on the night from guests who were so impressed with the atmosphere in the venue, and the quality of the food.

Celebrated our 18 year anniversary here on Saturday night. Super friendly staff! I recommend to book ahead via website super easy. When happy hour kicked in you didn’t need to wait in line they can take your drinks order for you and it came a lot quicker than waiting in the line. Cocktails were delicious. Barenz and the mango daiquiri were my two favourite cocktails. Food was oh so delicious highly recommend popcorn prawns and the cheesy garlic bread. Steak is always good. Dj was pumping and played all the best RnB. Please note DJ started playing around 7.30pm. Definitely a vibe this cute little spot in Camden.

We had some drinks while waiting for the daughter and a light snack of calamari which one of the staff suggested and was great with a light batter and very tasteful. Nice friendly staff highly recommended if in camden.

What can I say, these guys know how to take care of you when going to eat at Barenz, we have meeting there in the early morning and always smiling and welcoming, I also experienced dinner there with my wife, the food was great and the wine as well. I get along with the staff at Barenz that I have booked my Christmas Party for them to show off on what they can do. I would recommend Barenz for a night out or just for a dinner or lunch with a love one.

The food was delicious and really well plated, the prosecco and the wine were nice and cold. Now, the service is A class, really. I'm a tourist and I've been everywhere in Australia for the last couple of months... these guys are wonderful. I hope I can come back soon! Fully recommend.

We went recently for lunch with our 2 children - such a good vibe, the food was delicious, plenty of choice and very reasonable prices. Even though it was really busy, our food came quickly - the service staff were amazing, super accommodating to any request and efficient. Will most definitely be returning soon! Thank you Barenz!

Best coffee and breakfast. Can’t beat the service. Personally favourite is cocktail happy hour. Best cosmos in town.

We recently hosted our staff Christmas party at BARENZ and it was an absolute delight! Lauren, the Functions Manager made organising the event so simple and stress -free. Our pizza and pasta menu was absolutely delicious and our service from Kym on the night was outstanding! Highly recommend BARENZ for a memorable celebration!

We held our sons 1st birthday party/naming ceremony at Barenz over the past weekend and couldn't recommend them enough. We held the event in their courtyard at the rear of the venue, the staff were very helpful throughout the process of organising the event and extremely helpful and friendly during the day of the event.

We booked Barenz for our sister's funeral reception and wouldn't hesitate to book with Barenz again, for any function. Lauren & Kym made the booking process so smooth & easy, were super responsive, friendly and accommodating to all our requests. This made what was a really hard time for our family that little bit easier. Great value. The guests raved about the food (the lamb skewers and dessert feasting platters were particularly AMAZING!). And Josh, our barman, was outstanding! His friendly & fast service, genuine care for us and knowledge & passion for what he does was really something. We could not be happier with how the event turned out and feel like we really gave our sister a send-off she'd be proud of. THANK YOU TEAM! <3
