First timer here and totally loved the customer service.Special thanks to Helen who did a lovely pedicure with a wonderful foot massage with a hot stone! And not forgetting Jinnie who advised me well and did a perfect manicure and shellac on my very own nails! Absolutely perfect!

There are two other nail places in Mount Annan mall but this is the best one. Lovely staff and alot of them so there is no waiting. They wax as well, I recommend

Best nail salon

Had an appointment and when we arrived the salon was full so we had to wait. Had a pedicure done that was VERY rushed. My feet looked & felt the same as when I walked in. Next was my nails, a full set. I explained what I wanted which was quite basic. Someone started them & then told me to wait as someone else would be coming to take care of me. Again, they rushed through my nails because they were so busy. The shape is horrendous, one side of the nail is curved/arched & the other is straight. The tips of some are almond & other more like stiletto. There was acrylic under the nail also from where they didn’t wipe it off properly with the brush while doing them. They were also in such a rush to get me out that they sprayed something from an aerosol can which is supposed to help them dry faster, however it dulled the nail polish completely. Instead of taking time on clients they’re more concerned about rushing you through & making quick money which is a real shame cause that’s how you lose local/repeat customers.
