Nothing short of AMAZING! Adam went above and beyond to get me on a great bike in my short notice timeframe. I got a thorough run down on the working of the bike (the tech now days is nuts). He took me through a full fitting process using his specialised fitting equipment, and then checked my position on the bike himself as well. I used to get knee pain on the bike on a decent length ride, but can say I haven’t had one hint of knee pain on the new bike yet which surely must be having the bike correctly setup for me.
