We think one of the best decisions we've ever made was investing with IQ Capital. As every 1st time property investor we were skeptical but IQ team were so confident and had it all planned to the smallest detail. within 6 short month from contract signing we had a newly built property up and running and generating income. The process was so easy and support all through was amazing, it didn't take from our busy schedule more than couple of hours. The IQ team listened, considered our circumstances, our plans for retirement and considered our financial capacity to tailor a solution that met our needs by significantly reducing our tax bill.

We have purchased our first investment property with the help of IQ Capital. From the moment that we decided to make the investment until the house was ready for tenants, IQ Capital took charge of everything, from finding the land, finding the hoise that is suited for the land, the builder, the building procces all the way up to the property management.

I spoke to Jessica Smith from IQ Capital in regards to our SMSF documentation which my husband and I were required to sign. Jessica was very helpful in explaining what was required from us. I also called her a couple of times with some questions and she was always available for a chat. I will definitely recommend IQ Capital to my family and friends.

We were a little sceptical at first when we got a call from IQ as I have been burnt by financial planners in the past but as we were looking to see how we could get better at managing our finances we thought we give them a go.

From the first meeting the agent went through our finances and showed us in an easy to understand way how we could reduce our debt and how long it would take. He talked us through the steps and made it clear up front on the costs and commitments etc.

We decided to give it a go and are now the proud owners of a 3rd investment property, have rearranged our current loans and have put in place a structure so we would work towards being debt free (or close to it) by the time I retire in the near future.
