I'd like to express that my first visit was wonderful, largely due to the warm welcome I received from Britney. She greeted me with a friendly smile and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection of natural deodorants. Her knowledge and personal insights were really informative. I'm grateful for such a positive experience and look forward to returning to a store where the staff are so friendly and caring. Thank you!

Such helpful and positive staff, and so knowledgeable on their products. If they haven’t got what I want in stock they are happy to order in in and always friendly and supportive with my clients as well, as I prefer to not stock supplies and refer them to a fabulous supplier.

Came to buy some protein and general health products. Staff were friendly, helpful and really knew their stuff. So glad this is my local!!

Great store has everything u can't get else where that's great. But please train staff better I know we all need to pay rent but they should know the basics and what to recommend not tell me what I said and then ask me is there any thing pacific I want when I told you what i want. it's your job to recommend to me, not for me to know and then give me misleading information... you do have sea weed detox tablets called (CHLORELLA) please do some research so u can help the customer next time not make them do there own research I don't get paid for that you do. But glad to be of assistance cause I'd tapp that very nice view at least

The staff at the store have always been so helpful.I had a bit of a problem with my cholesterol being a bit high but since being on the recommended vitamins ,it has come into a good range.I also had soft tissue damage in my knee ,the advice I was given was great.Good range of products with knowledgeable staff.

I buy my paleo bread and few other misc products from here often. They have a great range of products however customer service needs to be addressed. Majority of time not so friendly staff but this time I was waiting at the counter for a few minutes to be served. The girl was on the phone. It didn’t sound like a customer enquiry . I could be wrong but Needless to say I still waited patiently. I was going to walk out but I need this particular product that they stock. After she decided to get off the phone there was no. ‘Sorry to keep you waiting etc’ I seriously wish there was another store I could take my business too. Hopefully the owner might take this post into consideration.
