Absolutely disgustingly rude service from the short obese girl serving on 25/01/24. She charged my boyfriend an extra $20 in tracking fees that she shouldn't have. I then went to the post office to resolve this. She then yelled at me and told me that I was incorrect, I asked her to show me why they require tracking as every other time I've sent these types of packages, I've never needed to buy tracking, it was always optional. She then tried to justify it. I asked her to get a manager. She then rolled her eyes at me and waddled off. Upon managers arrival, he apologised but she was still standing there, rolling her eyes and being horribly rude. I ended up getting a refund and taking to Sawtell Post Office to post, where I had no trouble and did not require tracking, PLEASE AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.

The worst post office I've ever been to. Tried charging me extra for tracking I didn't ask for. And extremely rude. Never come here. Scam office

A parcel of mine was tracked from Tweed Post Office it was insanely fast to get to Sydney to Boambee North than slowed up because it's was a Friday. This has happen many a time, something about Friday it seems the Boambee or Toormina Post Office refuse to work on Friday
