Five stars to the young man at the Deli who is always greeting customers with a big smile. His customer service is simply amazing. He's always smiling, happy and friendly. Well done. Once I grab his name I will update it.

This is a great local Coles store with friendly staff. Especially the night staff!

COLES TOORMINA NSW 2452 I am giving a five star, but only because of the amazing service of the younger gentlemen that was working the other evening when I came in. I believe Elliott was his name. Coles is lacking staff and customer service latley. With the new self service checkouts, expecting someone with a huge trolley to serve themselves. Their is no room, and with the items weighted the whole system is flawed. I prefer a person to serve me and noone was serving on registers. I could see they were understaffed and it seems like a common occurrence latley. Companies seem more interested in high profits and share holders. (which is the actual reason for inflation by the way) then the actual customer. 🤔 I happened to ask Elliott if someone could serve me and he sorted the situation out quickly and professionally.
Hard to solve a problem when your given nothing to work with.
Well done Elliott you are a credit to COLES, I hope they recognise your dedication to the company and the customers. If it wasn't for Elliott, Coles would be getting 1 star.

Always move around in Coles easier than Woolies and grabbed a bargain Large Tiger Black Prawns half price!

Coles Toormina, is a very helpful and friendly supermarket. It is well set out and very convenient for parking. Easy to take groceries from the shop to the car.
