Heart & Soul Wholefood Cafe

Loved this little cafe- we had a great brunch of eggs on toast - kids had banana bread. Grafton had so many cute little places to visit but this cafe was rated high and we could see why when we got there as it was super busy. Loved how eclectic it was in style with mismatched tables and chairs spread across 2 rooms. Catered to vegans no worries.

Stumbled across this Cafe while passing through Grafton. We needed somewhere for breakfast and are so grateful to have discovered Heart and Soul Wholefood Cafe. Our classic bacon and eggs was topped off with mushroom and avocado extras and it was truly delicious. The mushrooms were especially delightful. A taste sensation. The staff are very gracious, friendly and efficient. Service was quick even though the customer traffic was very solid. They were quite busy while we were there with both dine in and takeaways. We highly recommend Heart and Soul and will definitely stop here each time we're passing through Grafton.

THE best coffee in all of Grafton, the best I've ever tasted. After coming here I wouldn't go to another cafe in town, the food is amazing and the staff are always great to talk to. It certainly didn't take long for them to remember my name after going several mornings a week for my coffee. The atmosphere is great, it really gives off the vibe of a cafe. Cannot recommend Heart and Soul enough, really going to miss them when I move to Sydney.

This cafe was such a relief to find after 2 days on the road where the healthiest option we came across was Olivers at a Roadhouse. Yummy, healthy food - great range, even though we arrived after the kitchen had closed. There was still loads of stuff to choose from - everyone happy! 😁

Great cafe with friendly service and lovely food. We stopped for brekkie and it was well worth it. Between us we had the breaky brioche and the deluxe breaky burger, both tasted great (the free range bacon in particular). Tea and coffee were also very nice. Definitely worth a visit.

What a gorgeous little cafe! We stumbled upon this gem on our way to Coffs Harbour.
The decor and vibe of the place made it a great place to stop and relax for a while.
Coffee was sensational and the food was delicious.
We will definitely be coming back!

Passed through beautiful Grafton on our way to Sydney and decided to stop for breakfast. Found Heart & Soul Wholefood Cafe and boy are we glad we did. My husband had the BLAT and said it’s the best he’s ever had (and he orders BLAT’s at cafes all the time lol) and I had a Reuben which was just perfect. We didn’t try the coffee unfortunately as we had a yummy smoothie instead but next time we’re in Grafton we’ll definitely stop for breakfast here again. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff too. Highly, highly recommend..!!

Their food and coffee is delicious, been in here heaps of times and have never had a single complaint about anything, beautiful and friendly staff.

Best coffee on the trip... that was my husband's quote as he took his last sip. Stopped for lunch on our way north and enjoyed so much we stopped in on our way back south. Lunch was a fresh, tasty salad. Also indulged in SF GF DF treats, i had the banana choc and Hubbie had the salted caramel, yum 😋 And 10 points for being sustainable with paper straws and fully recyclable take away containers.

Amazing coffee and sweets. The minty matcha latte and flourless chocolate cake made a great combo for a quick stop. Will definitely come back and try the food next time traveling through the area.

Cool cafe serving up nutritious meals that is definitely a level up from the other cafes in town. Strongly recommend on the bruschetta stack.

Can't fault this place, the girls are lovely, the service is personable, the coffee (and teas) are spot on and the memory of the brekky brushetta stack is still making me drool. Delicious, fresh, wholesome goodness. Cakes and slices look amazing as well.
