I had a return today for an item. I couldn't find the receipt, but Joel M was very helpful and did everything possible to assist. Dean helped me with ink and was also awesome. He checked online for me, provided me with quick, efficient, and accurate information. Both employees gave outstanding customer service.

Use Coffs Harbour store regularly and the service can be a bit hit and miss. Yesterday however the exceptional customer service from Annette was above and beyond any previous experience in this store. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to assist me and several others when the printers were not working.
I don't do reviews often, something has to be either very good or very bad for me to bother so Annette falls into the very good category. If you need someone who genuinely wants to help, ask for her.

Shoutout to Jordan at the pop up store who replaced my faulty kindle paperwhite. He was super friendly and polite, and made it such an easy process. He was a perfect example of how to conduct customer service. Thanks again.
