I really like this shop. It has a great selection of clothing etc but my last 2 experiences have been not great. There’s a particular salesperson who I have encountered on both occasions who totally lacks any enthusiasm. She uses her pleases and thankyous but that’s it. There’s no friendly interaction whatsoever. I’m not saying she should do cartwheels for every customer but just a little bit of friendliness goes a long way. So sadly I’ll have to give this beautiful shop a miss in future. On my last 2 visits I spent a total of $600 so their loss I suppose. Disappointing.

Extremely rude staff! I would have probably bought something from this shop if I was left in piece to look. However the staff member took it upon herself to comment on my figure before I even had a chance to try on swimmers. Needless to say I walked out and I won’t return again. Absolutely rude and disgraceful.

Unfortunately had a fairly poor experience in terms of communication and customer service. Ordered some swimmers online during Black Friday sales. Received the swimmers, they had large areas where the fabric was faded, I assume they had been exposed to the sun through a window on display perhaps?
Emailed the store to request an exchange. No reply. Tried through FB messenger - eventually got a reply saying to send them back. I posted the swimmers back to the store. However, did not receive any further communication from the store, and took 5 days after they were delivered back to them for me to be refunded. I also was not refunded the $10 postage I had to pay to return the item.
Overall, pretty poor service and would not buy from again online.

Every time I have been to Yamba I go into this shop and never complain about the terrible service especially from the rude sales woman today ..grey hair glasses. ..but I'm.over it .
Why is it so hard for you to say hello ??.
Other staff are just as rude .
Shame on you. ...it costs nothing to say hi and accept customers with a warm welcome.

Actively hostile saleswoman. She started a confrontation because I didn’t like the swimwear I tried on and was told I was ‘just trying it on for the sake of it’. Take your business elsewhere.
