Lovely shop and lovely customer service.

This lady has an issue with either people's phones ringing whilst in her shop, or talking on the phone whilst in her shop. My Mum was THE ONLY person in the store when her phone rang and whilst browsing (Not being served etc), she answered quietly, only to be very rudely told to put her phone away.
It's bizarre, rude and to be honest, laughable.
On speaking to other locals, this woman is apparently known for her rude treatment of customers so it's safe to say, my mum, or I will not be heading back.

The lady was incredibly rude to my partner and I upon entry into the shop. Aggressively shouting at him for answering his phone inside. Safe to say we left immediately. Plenty of shops in Yamba to visit instead of this one.

Edit. In response to your reply. I must respectfully disagree to most of the details you recounted. I understand your need to completely water down and adjust details to suit you and your business since you seem to struggle to admit fault on any level. For one, the ordeal we experienced all happened UNDER the span of 5 minutes. Not to mention, your shop was pretty bland so, thus, I found no fundamental purpose to put up with your barbaric behaviour to stay and shop. And my partner actually said and I quote. “Hey Dad.” Nothing more on the phone before you aggressively shouted. And I don’t consider it to be an incomprehensible or “foreign” concept to answer a phone call from your parent. Hilariously, I found your very convenient and selective recount just plain sad. There was no disruption and no harm to what was, not even two customers in the store. (Including my self for less than a minute). Nevertheless, you don’t have any obligation to absorb anything I’m saying in this review. However, you can’t sustain a business if you speak to your customers that way. And you can learn the hard way on that. Good luck on your business. I hope the “decent” people read this review and witness the lack there of responsibility taken upon the shop owner.
