Belinda's Store

I was served by a lovely lady when we visited on our drive home from Noosa.
Picked up a gorgeous shirt and a bundle of thank you cards.
Belinda's store now stock my own range of products and have been nothing but absolutely delightful, patient, lovely and enjoyable to work with ❤ I look forward to dropping in again one day

I recently ordered a bag on line which I couldn't find anywhere else as the colour has been discontinued. The response from Belinda's was extremely fast and kept me informed all the way. I received my bag in 3 days. Thank you so much for a terrific and reliable service.

Gorgeous boutique filled with great quality items. A little gem off the main track!

Bought our grandchild a pair of shoes on our way from Newcastle to Byron Bay.
Asked if it would be OK to return for exchange is size was incorrect. Was told yes and we then checked that she would be open on the day we were returning home, again a “yes”.
On our return home we called into Yamba as agreed by Belinda to change the size.
On our arrival in Yamba her shop was not open, so we waited, had coffee, went walking but still no opening.
We checked with the cafe next door to the shop and was told that she should be there , so more waiting!
We consulted the cafe owner once again and she offered to keep the shoes and give them to Belinda when she sees her, in the meantime I was to phone, email her to make arrangements.
Well- many messages, unanswered all of them , many emails, all not responded to.
Rang the cafe owner to try and get some information. A day or two later a message back saying a credit note was in the mail!
Situation resolved- well we thought so!
Called in to Yamba again while driving to Byron to used the credit note. Should have been simple, but no,
First comment from Belinda was that credit notes are valid for 6 months only. Should report this to fair trading.
We made an explanation and she agreed to honour the credit note. Should have known better , but we purchased a pair of shoes , again for the granddaughter. Enquired as to whether we could exchange if size incorrect since we were passing back through Yamba in 15 days time. Was told that would have to return them within 14 days.... give me a break, it is one day longer than her store policy and considering the hassle SHE caused by not opening the store as per her advertised opening hours one would have thought one extra day wasn’t too big an ask, but it sure was.
Luckily the shoes fits perfectly and we don’t have to deal with rude Belinda again.
She was rude, unfriendly, uncooperative, and unreasonable and in relation to not opening the store as she indicated, unprofessional!
Wouldn’t walk through her door again and would advise all to be very careful. Seems a reasonable person, but it’s all a facade .
