We dropped in without an appointment after our new puppy developed chronic gastro. They could not have been more caring, helpful and after advising on medication, that we purchased offered to ensure we could bring in our pomapoo puppy without having to booking if she continued to be sick, despite them being very busy. This is a business with a great heart. I wish I knew your name.

We met Karen and some of the other staff today while on holidays in Yamba and we were more than impressed! Our little puppy has had some urinary issues and Karen took the time to explore the reason behind why, instead of just sending us off with more antibiotics. We are so grateful for your help and expertise. We are considering the two and half hour drive to come back and see her for any future problems we may encounter with our pup. Ella says thanks too!

We said goodbye to our family dog today, and it was the most gentle and respectful transition possible. The ladies who helped us out were such caring people, I am so grateful for their patience and understanding. They took our baby to a nice little garden and explained everything they were going to do beforehand, making sure we were prepared and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful and peaceful way to go and I just want to show how greatful my family is for your staff. Thank you for making a horrible day just that much easier, we really appreciate it.
