Boat Harbour Medical Practice - Gerringong

First time there was today. The doctor was really nice and looked after my needs. The reception/administration staff were wonderful. I asked for advice on who to see and they gave me a run down of each medical professional there. I chose a Dr based on their information and they were spot on.
It seems to be a welcoming place with people taking the time to understand and care about who you are not that you are a number.

This was my first consult with Dr Purewal. She was very thorough, supportive and has a very earthy bedside manner. I would book further appointments with her.

The reception staff are always amazing and make you feel welcome and valued. These ladies are super professional and are always of a customer service "gold standard".

Everything about this practice is wonderful..the atmosphere, the professionalism and caring of all staff and we could not wish for a better Doctor than Dr. Albert. It is a blessing to be in his care. We know we are in the best hands.

Such a friendly and professional staff and Dr’s. We needed an opinion on my hubby’s leg and the receptions was so accommodating to us as we were on holidays here and she kindly fitted us in after calling many other medical centres who were all filled up for the week. The nurse on duty was friendly and so very professional as well as the receptionist and the medical student. I would highly recommend this amazing medical centre. Very professional and caring

Dr Albert has been our dr for quiet a few years.his medical practice is 10 out of 10 .Dr Albert is one of the best and has a very friendly caring manner.

The Doctors and receptionist’s are awesome. Dr Cindy is always exceptionally thorough. The rest of the Doctors are also excellent . Definitely would recommend.

I have been pleasantly surprised by my first visit to Boat Harbour Medical Practice, really pleasant reception very organised and your not left waiting in reception for a long period. I found the Dr very thorough and I left feeling very comfortable with my consultation.

Boat Harbour Medical Practise is an excellent full-service health facility. Best of all, every staff member is a delight.

I want to acknowledge the very hard working support staff at this practice. Last week Rachel was on her own, no doubt due to all of the difficulties everyone is experiencing because of Covid, flu and everything else floating around as well as shortness of available staff. I called and spoke to Rachel about a health issue that I am being treated for by a specialist whose administrative staff were not at all helpful. Rachel told me she would look into it and get back to me. She did call my specialist's rooms and shortly after they called me and my concerns wete addressed in a satisfactory manner. Thank you Rachel. Also Silvana who is always very helpful.

An update. It's about 12 months since my post. I cannot find words to express the gratitude that I feel for Associate Professor Doctor George Albert, Silvana, Rachel, Debbi and all of the other wonderful people at Boat Harbour Medical Practice. They don't just to their job, they do it with genuine CARE. This year Meg has also been there as a student doctor. She so close to becoming a very special doctor. Thank you.
