I had a delicious pie and muffin here. Coffee is one of the best in Sydney. Cute, friendly staff as well :)

I’ve been coming here for a long time, and honestly its the best coffee in gladesville! Great loyalty card system and fresh baked muffins every day! Super nice staff, I can only recommend :)

Smiley Beans has the location and hours of operation going for it. Not that the location is beautiful, charming or relaxing (quite the opposite) but being inside the 'mall' is quite convenient and a plus. As for the hours, considering that 99% of the café places outside of the CBD seem to close at 15hs or so, having this place open until 17.30hs is like finding an oasis in the desert.

By reading some of the other reviews it seems like the business offer a loyalty card. I'll confirm it on my next visit but if it's true I can't understand why they wouldn't offer it to all customers. In my opinion that's quite a differential and something to get customers coming back. If you don't want to offer (for whatever reason) at least have the card on display somewhere where it can't be missed. But, that take away, and I've found that service here is neither good or bad.

Coffee is ok and pastries are ok. The price is what it is, which seems to be the norm around the city. Decent for a quick bite and drink, but don't expect more than that.
