Rodney Clark - Gladesville

I love going into this shop, the lady there remembers me and my daughter - she's an asset to the store - super helpful always, I wish I could remember her name but she recently went on cruise ;) I waited till I knew she was back to go back in!!

We had a great experience at the Gladesville store yesterday! It was so lovely to see so many friendly new faces!

Overpriced

This review deserves less than one star. The woman in the shop on Saturday morning is very rude. Got told off for not signing in the last time instead of reminding me. NO greeting. I didnt buy from her that day. Rude on the phone too when she informed me that my order had come in then again on pick up of my order she was rude unfriendly and proceeded to tell me off because I couldn't hear her on the phone.
How does she have a job in customer service? Beats me Rodney Clark!
On the flip side, I was served by another lady on a weekday from who I did buy a blouse and order an item, who was so friendly and lovely.

The manager of the store (older lady with blonde/pink hair) is incredibly rude and hostile toward customers. Her repeated poor attitude is a detriment to Rodney Clarke and should be addressed through some basic customer service training so that she has a better understanding of what her role is.

When I entered the shop today I was met by the rudest staff member (I believe she is the manager) not sure how she has held down that position. I have purchased Gordon Smith clothing for as long as I can remember, but have made the decision never to purchase another piece of clothing from your stores.
