I used to give them 2 stars ( not including the wonderful people at check out) but last couple of times I've been there the staff really helped me, they went out of there way to see if there was any stock left in the back room as they couldn't find it on the shelves. Wonderful customer service 💯. Thank you.

We were helped by Noah to pick some new runners. He was extremely passionate about what he was doing and offered well delivered, knowledgeable advice. Noah is who you want working here, fantastic service! Thank you.

Visited the Coffs Harbour store this morning with my daughter who is visually impaired. Explained our situation to sales assistant Erin and from then on the experience was a very positive one. Erin ensured that my daughter was given as much assistance as possible providing many choices in garments and ensuring that she was able to access the fitting rooms. She then escorted us to the counter and finalised our purchases. Could not have asked for better service which was provided in a very professional and friendly manner. Thank you Rebel and especially Erin.

I purchased a pair of runners which weren't quite what I wanted, the team at Rebel (Cathy & The super helpful man) were just amazing when I wanted to exchange for a different pair! I was assisted with the correct size and the perfect style!! My new favourite shop. Highly recommended. THANK YOU :)

Called into Rebel today for school shoes. A man came straight over and asked if he could help us. We weren't sure on sizes so he got us all our options out. He stood whilst we decided and gave good advice. Then took our shoes to the counter. Excellent service. We were in and out in 10 minutes!

I went in to a pair of Asics sneakers, I found the ones I liked but they didn't have the correct size but they had them shipped to my house later that week. Great job REBEL.

Sometimes they have excellent sales, other times the prices are normal. The service is always great. I once took in a broken product that I hadn't bought from there and they happily helped me fix it, free of charge. Whenever I need some sportswear this is the first place I go.

Fantastic. I was helped by Raymond who gave me plenty of time and assistance to select the perfect sports gear.
I will definitely being going back to ask for his advice for the next purchase

Huge range of sportswear for the coffs coast! Just wish they stocked more Penrith Panthers and liverpool apparel (need to order online). Staff are always friendly and very helpful
