Really impressed by the customer service and the product. I bought 7 of their tuff trays for my messy play business and really love the quality of these sturdy trays. In addition, when I realised that I had put in my order too late, the amazing team had my order shipped out ASAP, arriving in more than enough time for our messy play morning. Will definitely be shopping with The Creative Toy Shop again!

We have received multiple subscription boxes now from this store, we get all 3 play boxes for our varying age children, each play box has been well recieved, each box is age appropriate for interest and developmental stages.
We recently tried to reading subscription our first box arrived today, I have set this one up as a regular occurrence, was perfect! Love the little leaflet with a different activity for each book, this box will be amazing for our home education kiddo.

The BEST customer service! When my package went missing with Australia Post the team chased it up for me and then sent me a replacement package express post! My package arrived just in time for Christmas, beautiful Maileg toys for my girls. Thank you Creative Toy Shop, will definitely be shopping with you again in the future!

A wonderful place to shop with a wide range of open ended, educational and fun toys. The traditional lay-by option is also fantastic for bigger birthday/Christmas presents. We especially love the Little Readers subscription, so fun receiving surprise books every month to read and share together as a family.

We love this store. I purchase a lot of toys and learning resources and have always found the range and quality of products at The Creative Toy Shop to be fantastic. The customer service is excellent and the website is great. I particularly love the registry function for Christmas time.

I'm really happy with my purchase from The Creative Toy Shop. I needed something to keep my toddler entertained on a road trip, and the Away We Go busy book is perfect. I have been shopping at The Creative Toy Shop since they first opened their store and have always had a fabulous experience. Delivery is extremely fast, the products are incredible and Brianna is always happy to answer my questions! I am really impressed with their range of toys and learning tools.

I have purchased many items online and spent hundreds of dollars with countless more in the future. Always a great experience I cannot flaw, lovely and reliable service. Only downside it they aren't in my state so I can't go shop in person, although my husband is probably grateful for that fact.

Nicest staff! I bought a whole lot of stuff a few months ago. There was one singing book that started malfunctioning after a few weeks when the others were fine. I just emailed to ask what to do (I did try changing battery first!) and next thing I know I received notice that a new one is being sent out to me! Thank you Brianna, Sheree and team!
