Great service from Rainbow Cycles. I had broken a part of the axle on my e bike and they had the replacement part there (didn’t charge us anything!!) . Highly recommend.

Bought a SPECIALIZED FUSE COMP 29er roughly 2 years ago it is the best bike I have ever owned it's very sentimental for personal reasons and I just want to give a shout out to the team at Rainbow Cycle's Coffs Harbour my bike still looks like it just came off the showroom floor I'm OCD lol which explains it but it does get ridden atleast 3 times a week just clears my head and keeps me fit and feeling good 5 stars for service and freindlyness will be in to have it serviced in the near future just to keep ontop if it and keep it going perfectly, Cheers guys hope all is going well 👍

Went to change a tyre on my bike and the friendly shopkeeper replaced the tyre at a good price and did a general check on my bike.

I'm visiting from the US and bought a used bike from someone local. It needed checked over to see why it was having some troubles occasionally. I needed a good lock and mirror so I went to Rainbow. They had exactly what I was looking for and even took a quick look at the bike funding it was due to a loose back wheel. I left with a solution, the products I needed and a great set of headphones as well. I'm a very happy customer! I'd give the staff 10 stars!

Great Business and I can't speak highly enough of the honest and friendly service I received. I rode my bike from Woolgoolga and found myself stranded in Coffs with gears and brake issues making the bike unridable. I took my bike to Rainbow Cycles and even though they were very busy, Glen had me back on the road and on my way home within the hour. I highly recommend Rainbow Cycles. 10/10

The team just replaced my hydraulic brake system and they work well. After contacting many different bike shops in Coffs Harbour I found Rainbow Cycles to have the most competitive price and best attitude.
They are very busy but worth the wait for repairs.
