16:45 on a weekday is a good time to go if you have a relatively quick task, such as in my case an ASOS return. The man who served me knew exactly what was required (asked me if they had sent me the barcode to allow him to print out the return delivery label & provided me with the proof of return receipt). Other than a short wait in line I was in & out in like 1-2min.

Always use here. Friendly and helpful stuff always

Sending a parcel today, staff are very efficient, queue wait time was only 2 minutes.

Staff are friendly but it is a small PO and usually with 1-2 counter staff. Service could be slow if you caught up with the crowd

Restricted to being open only business hours, so you usually have to take time off work if a parcel ends up here (eg have to sign for something).

Has a parcel locker which is great if you can have items sent to it

Opening hours are too limited. Need to be extended to earlier in the morning and/or Saturday morning.

Went last week. I'd give 0 star if possible. What a waste of time. Funny how they have this poster about respect when the ladies at the counter show not even a modicum of it towards their customers. I was picking up a parcel for someone else, and they said I need authorisation. Didn't bother to explain what had to be done when I asked. Only saying "easy enough to understand" -- well it was my first time picking up parcel for someone else. If you don't like answering customer's questions and helping them out, why bother working in customer service? After a bit, she gave a sample of what a printed authorisation looked like. But never bothered telling me that it could be done online on the website. I had to find out from the other equally unpleasant lady. But it didn't end there. When I finally got my authorisation, they asked me for photo ID. I gave my overseas driving license. Never had any problem picking up stuff or anything that needed ID except this time. Said she needed passport or Australian driving license. My overseas one literally had my name and photo and birthday. Don't know what else they need to see. I asked for other alternatives, but she insisted I need to show passort. Nowhere on the website stated that passport is the only acceptable form of ID if I'm from overseas (lots of other alternatives are actually listed on website). I was frustrated and my patience was thinning. I left. Just wasted 30mins for this. What a waste of time. I never expected stellar service with full happy smiles. But they don't even have basic customer service. Very unpleasant experience. Definitely go somewhere else if you need staffs that are actually helpful and willing to help. Avoid like a plague if you have anxiety disorder.

V rude and untrustworthy. Asian lady tried to get me to buy a large postage bag when medium was suffice. When I wanted to buy a medium postage bag she said there are “none left” but there were many on the shop. Customers are not idiots. Won’t be back.

Yet another disappointing experience with the same rude lady who has been working there for several years. Multiple bad reviews about her here and yet she still doesn’t seem to appreciate being employed. Such entitlement

These guys manage to deliver no customer service whatsoever. I have dealt with them both in a personal and business perspective, over several years, and they never fail to disappoint. I dropped by the other day as it was on my way, and they also managed to be unhelpful. I already told myself before that I would never go there again, but it was a reminder.
Northbridge LPO has a much better service and is my goto place.
