Worst customer service, not sure if this is the correct name but it says seta served me, I’m not used to high heels and I was looking for a couple when this lady came to assist, she then told me quiet rudely that if I can’t wear these certain shoes then I won’t be able to wear any of them.. not helpful what so ever and she abruptly walked away before I was able to say anything, she had the worst attitude & what is a women of 50+ years with no customer service doing at a classy high heel shop??!!?!

Poor customer service. Came in with my partner and took a seat whilst waiting. Was told by staff to vacate seat as “customers would be less likely to try on seats if they are filled.” Store was not even busy at that time. Staff only interested in making sales quota and not interested in provide a pleasant shopping experience unless you’re planning to make a purchase.
