I’m from Melbourne and purchased the chula skirt online and the service I received from the morena team was outstanding. I placed my order on Anzac Day and asked to have it by Saturday and the team went out of their way to make it happen. I received my skirt today and absolutely love it. 💕

I placed and paid for an order on January 12 2020. Two weeks later I was advised that the shoes I had ordered were not available, and I was offered another style, which was not suitable. I requested a refund of the $106 I had spent, and was told they would have to speak to someone else about that, who was not there, and would not be there until the weekend. After a week and a half of no further response, I emailed the company requesting a refund, and received an email saying someone would contact me in 1-2 days. That was 17 months ago, and never did hear back (until today).

EDITED:
Following a response by Morena Dance to my Google review, I forwarded my Paypal record of purchase. The owner called me in person, apologised, and issued me an immediate refund. I have increased my one-star review to three-star based on this, and because I feel sorry for small businesses struggling in the pandemic.
