I would like to give a 5 STAR REVIEW to Viviana. This lady was very nice, polite and she took the initiative to help us with our purchase. Her attention to detail was second to none. We bought silver jewellery and she cleaned up with silver polish and made sure it was sparkling new and even checked every corner of it. Even i would've missed a corner but not her. She was very professional and caring. Thank You Viviana!

I didn’t read the reviews prior to my visit - and I’m glad I didn’t. I walked right in, had a walk about the store and the moment I saw something I liked a nice lady came up to me and gave me undivided attention. She took her time to ask for my requests and give me several options to try on. In the end, I made a happy purchase at a good price. She was lovely. To be fair, it was roughly 10AM on a Saturday so maybe I just got lucky? Either way I’m happy with the service, product, and price.

Located on the second floor of Topryde around a few other jewellery stores so its easy to get to too!

Last week I have been there for buying the wedding rings. I walked in the shop. There are 2 ladies working. One has the customer. Another one arranged the shelf. I looked around while waiting the staff until the the customer has gone. The lady staff never asked me anything and walked back to arrange the shelf with another one. So sad for your company to get staff like this. I walked out. I am always buy the rings from Proud. Shop in Broadway is very good service. This time is first time in Top Ryde and never come back. Very upset.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the store manager. Was swearing and screaming at us as customers when we went in to the store in regards to a damaged item. Never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. The manager was so rude she turned around and blamed my one year old son on his broken bracelet saying “well I’d watch him if I was you” insinuating him as if he was an out of control child. I understand that my product was damaged and in need of repairs but I questioned the quality for this to have occurred in the first place and the level of hostility I received is embarrassing for the Prouds name. Prouds should consider teaching their members more effective and respectful ways to communicate with their customers. Will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had my white gold wedding ring resized. They used yellow gold. Rhodium plating came off to reveal completely different colour gold used. I returned it, they gave me back a ring that was not round and had a lump where the join had been made. They refused to repair it, and wanted me to go elsewhere. No explanation of how it could have been done so shoddily, using a cheaper gold and hoping I wouldn’t notice.
Worst service and appalling craftsmanship. Never take your prized passions here.

I bought earrings twice recently. The first pair $180 bent the first time I tried to put them on. No refund, just a credit. The second pair were faulty. No refund. The jewellery is bad quality. Used to be quite good. I will never shop at Prouds again.

Store was busy. 3 people were serving customers and 1 came and told us that she will be with us soon which was understandable. A grumpy looking old lady who were serving other person came to us and my wife said hi to her. She didnot even bother ro respond and quickly went to other side of the shop. Then looked at me and started serving a customer who came in after us. I was there to buy somthing for my newborn niece. That grumpy looking rude old lady made my day.
