Lovely. Really nice change of scenery from the river. Mixes it up a bit. Lots of families and kids there too. Great little walk. We added it to the Great North and LC River walks for a 17km round trip morning out.

This was a lovely walk through the national park. Did this with two two-year-olds and one four year old (and one other adult) and it was very manageable. The boardwalk itself is stunning - such an unusual and striking landscape with the mangroves everywhere. We came from Buffalo Creek Reserve so continued on to Sugarloaf Point to look at the water before returning. Sugarloaf Point has lots of good spots to picnic.

We were walking from Boronia Park to Sugarloaf Hill and came across this beautiful spot. The boardwalk is short but take your time and enjoy watching the crabs jumping in and out of their holes. A beautiful spot to enjoy and relax.

Beautiful part of Sydney. Short boardwalk, but a perfect example of a mangrove! Take time and watch all the crabs dart into their holes. We did this part on our walk from Boronia Park to Ryde.

This is a really nice walk through mangroves on a wooden board walk. There are wooden stairs at one end and steps cut into natural sandstone at the other end so not accessible to all. It is worth continuing the walk all the way to Magdala Park as there is a second board walk section.

A very good, small hike to connect with the mother nature. Doesn't take long to reach.

A good segment to add when walking or jogging. This can be educational too, to show kids what a mangrove looks like and how the ecosystem works.

Lovely peaceful walk in a somewhat secluded area, the place is pretty quiet apart from the distant sounds of vehicles.

I did not know a place like this existed so close. There were good information signs along the way. It links up with the Great North Walk.
