Family Medical & Dental Practice - Dr G Natale

Dr Natale is my mum's doctor and now my husband and daughter. He's a really good professional, takes time with his patients and listen. A excellent doctor.

Dr Natale is an awesome doctor. He is very accommodating and offers first class medical services. He is the best GP I have ever had in many, many years. Sometimes the wait can be a little long despite his appointment times, but it is only because sometimes he tends to local nursing homes and also he really takes his time with all his patients to offers individual medical services and care... He is well worth the wait. I totally and thoughrougly recommend him...

I Have always been afraid of the Dentist, like Most people. But Today I had my wisdom Tooth pulled my Andres Franco At the Dental Practise here in Hoxton park road. He was very informative and patient with me. He gave me time to process what was going to happen, He did the Procedure with absolute professionalism and care. I absolutely will be coming back here for my dental needs. Highly Recommended

The wait could be long, after all the years more and more people see him... But Dr Natale is one of the greatest GPs ever. He is caring, considerate and always does things with a smile. Truly an amazing person.

One of the most understanding doctors around who listens to your pains and hurts. Great staff also always friendly!!!!

Great doctors. But don’t expect to ever see the doc on time .. unless you’re over 70. Regardless of when you book appointment, expect to wait 45-90 mins until you’re seen.

The receptionist on the other hand is very rude and aggressive never does there job correctly.
I got scans done on Friday and rung today to get a appointment for tomorrow to get result and was informed no I can’t see doctor tomorrow has to be wensday when my results come in on Saturday I find this wrong and very unprofessional expecially when they have to do with my health….

KEEP AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!!!!!
Zero respect for patients. If you cannot keep appointments dont make them. Be prepared to wait 2+ hours to get in to see the doctor. The receptionist is one of the worst ive ever seen. On the phone and in person. Stay well away

4th July - 2 hours of waiting after my appointment time with no regard for patient care nor years of complaints to the receptionist who puts it back on him. Here’s a thought, invest in a time management course and put your patients first.

18th July - called first to see if doc was running on time. Receptionist informed me that he was running behind 1 hour. I arrived an hour later as recommended and the receptionist tells me that regardless of what time my appointment was scheduled for that she would only take my file out when I arrived. I responded that I called to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait for hours here sick in the waiting room and she tells me that my file only gets taken out when I arrive. At not point did she say this to me! If I arrive 2 hours late for my appointment, would I be seen?? I’m on the hunt for a professional new doctor if you have an recommendations.

Booked appointment at 4.00 pm and got in at 5.45 pm. Receptionist was rude not even sorry. I get in quicker in a emergency department.
Not going back!

Doctor Natalie very rude and aggressive with kids. He screams at kids. Wouldn't recommend.
