Caroline from Select Property has always delivered satisfactory and desired results since she became accountant manager of my rental property in Lane Cove. She’s professional and responsive. When it comes to the communication between landlord and tenant she takes proactive approach to assist both parties to reach agreement. I’m very happy with the service provided by Caroline and Select Property which has managed my rental property for nearly 8 years.

Caroline has been a top notch property manager for us. We’ve been with Select Property for 2 years and Caroline became our property manager for the past year. She’s responsive and genuinely cares about the tenants. We started hearing mice in our walls and I emailed Caroline and the pest control company was in touch me with the next day. We are now (fingers crossed) mice free!!! Caroline was also empathetic and professional during our lease renewal conversations. She helped us understand the market and why a rent increase was required. I felt she was fair and represented both sides well in working towards something that was right for both parties. Caroline has consistently been exceptionally helpful, responding promptly to inquiries. On multiple occasions, when challenges arose, she adeptly found timely solutions. One notable instance was when the local school requested a 6-month lease, and my existing lease had only 5 months left. Caroline, along with her colleague at Select Property, effectively served as a bridge, fostering a positive and cooperative relationship between tenants and landlords.

I would highly recommend Lloyd Allen of Select Property Sydney for the selling of your next property. His knowledge of the Lane Cove area and the market made for a relatively quick sale of my unit with little drama. Being an independent agency made for a more personable approach which I definitely appreciated and why I chose Lloyd over the big corporate agencies. His friendly, good natured approach always put any concerns I had at ease.

Caroline has managed a number of our properties and we have always found her to be professional and prompt with everything she does. She has an excellent knowledge of the market as well as all the relevant legislation.

Dealing with Select Property to find accommodation has been seamless, stress free and an absolute pleasure. The entire process from applying to signing the agreement was done in no time at all. I have dealt with two staff members who were both extremely friendly and supportive. Even after requesting to move my lease date forward to suit my needs better, I had a new signed contract within two hours. Again, seamless.

During the lease, Caroline had always been very helpful and responded very fast. Once we reported an issue of a broken pipe, the plumber showed up the next day. Also, we asked for a reference letter when moving out, then we received it by email in just one minute. It is just so efficient and mind-blowing.

Sadly, we had to move away from Lane Cove :(
However, thanks to Caroline and Kate, everything was smooth.
