I’m so pleased I chose Sydney Prosthodontics Group for my restorative dental work. I required a full restoration due to many years from a night-time grinding issue. My first consultation with SPG was with Dr Ben Lee, who explained very clearly the options available to me for treatment. My restoration was performed by Dr Johnson Chou, who I cannot speak highly of enough and would definitely recommend to anyone who has a similar issue and is considering seeking treatment. My dentist referred me for a crown to SPG. The initial examination by Dr Ben Lee was very professional and reassuring, he explained the whole procedure and time frame. When it came to the procedure Dr Johnson Chou was great, caring, patient and explained as we went, and it was virtually painless. All the staff were great. Dr Lee was informative and approachable. The implant procedure was painless and he explained each step clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Recovery was smooth and quick, and I was eating within hours. I’ve had many dental procedures done over the years and this was by far the most comfortable experience. It was definitely my lucky day when I went to see Dr Ben Lee. After several Dental professionals left me feeling that there was a lack of direction with treatments being proposed, I then obtained a referal to see Dr Lee. What followed was a absolute revelation into how these processes should work. After a full review, the end result was the most comprehensive report I could wish for. I now feel that I have all the "accurate information" I was hoping to get, and this report sets out an acceptable and clear pathway forward. Stirling service from Dr Johnson Chou and his staff. Very happy with the outcome of my dental work. Very pleasant people and really went out of their way for me. On my final appointment I was in the office an hour early to see if I could be seen any earlier, as I had a long drive ahead of me that afternoon. I was subsequently treated straight away, in lieu of their lunch break, super service.

The care that I was given over a 20 month period was exceptional. Both Ben and Johnston were very caring toward me and my prosthodontic problems, of which there were many!! When ever there was an issue I would call and either or both would find the time between patients to call and discuss.
Living in the country with trips to Sydney to my appointments were at times difficult, but it was always lovely to see the smiling faces of the staff with their welcoming attitude. Nothing was a problem.

I cannot recommend Dr Chou enough! He is the most professional dentist I’ve ever come across. I had all 6 front teeth done - porcelain veneers & 2 crowns and he did an absolutely fantastic job. I extremely happy with the work he has done and I feel confident to smile!

I want to thank everyone at this practice and I can't recommend them enough. The care and support I received from Dr Ben Lee, Dr Thao Truong, Dr Agnes Lai, and from Jess and Christie in reception, was outstanding and shows how they will go above and very much beyond for all their patients. I suffer from extremely high levels of anxiety, and during the roughly 6 months it took for my graft, dental implant and final crown attachment, they would hear from me very regularly, sometimes several times a week when I contacted them by phone and email regarding new worries and questions. They were always so helpful, never showed a hint of impatience with me and I would hear back from them on the same day. I have not attended any other service, be it health or otherwise, that comes near the excellent care they provided. And of course, I have to mention the competence of all the practitioners which was really important to help with my anxiety. For example, Dr Ben Lee made me feel much safer than I thought I would on the day of the implant surgery, the surgery itself was completely pain free (including the numbing injection), and his method of pausing several times during the surgery just to let me take some deep breaths without anything in my mouth really helped me calm my nerves. So for all of you looking for an amazing prosthodontic, look no further!

Dr Ben Lee is extremely competent and reliable. I am having a front tooth implant done with him, and he makes me feel very confident with his great knowledge. He and his whole team is professional in high standard, organised and trustworthy.

As nervous as anyone else for dental appointment, I walked into this dental clinic and greeted by Dr Ben Lee. He is one of the nicest man I have met, gentle, caring and professional. He patiently identified the root cause of my problem and discussed options with me. I walked out with peace and knew instantly I was in the right hand.

The operation to remove my teeth came as ease as I could imagine with no pain or any afterwords infection. The healing is nice and quick.

I can tell Dr Ben Lee loves his profession and his dedication to his clients in every detail is beyond our expectation.
