Experienced and Professional Treatment. On recommendation from a work colleague, I visited Wendy at Healing Hands Sydney as I was having problems with back pain. On my first visit, Wendy took time to investigate my problem and formulate a treatment plan for me. She is very experienced and has extensive knowledge of remedial massage. after a couple of visits, I was able to clearly see the difference. I have seen many doctors and there is no fix for my problem but a regular treatment from Wendy, Mingzi or one of their experienced team keeps the pain under control. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional treatment.

I have been coming to this place for a decade, and it is the only place where they get to all the pressure points that make my body sing. Wendy is excellent, and always assesses your physique and symptoms before deciding on a treatment plan and massage type. Often I go there with sore muscles and a bloated body, after treatment I feel light and relaxed, and my body feels like it's in good working condition instead of being on autopilot.

BEST MASSAGE EVER!! I was actually amazed at how good I felt after the massage! The older lady did my neck and shoulders and she actually got the knot out unlike others. My partner loved it too!

Update.. I have been back many times and still find the service and skills very good. Highly recommend you give them a try.

It was suggested that I try the Healing Hands Sydney Clinic in Chatswood by a friend. I had recurring issues with my shoulder. I went to a physio but did not receive much relief. I am now a somewhat regular customer.This clinic is different to other massage places. At the initial appointment, the therapist took time to listen to me about my problem then discussed with me the treatment plan. After a couple of appointments, the pain had eased considerably. Now I am basically pain free and have occasional visits . (preventative maintenance). They have also treated my back. the staff are very professional and they have used a few of their treatments during my appointments. Remedial massage, chinese cupping, dry needling. I was initially concerned but they are very well trained and very skilled. I recommend that if you need a great massage that you consider visiting them. They are busy, so best to make an appointment. I know from experience that I just turned up one day but they were fully booked out. A huge thank you to everyone there.

I have chronic lower back pain and that has developed into a hip bursitis about 12 months ago. So I have been in chronic pain for over 2 years during which time I have paid multiple visits to GPs and physio therapists, I have also done MRIs, ultrasound, CT scan and Nuclear Bone scan, NO ONE can tell/treat me! I got very frustrated and depressed because no one thinks I have an issue but I have been living in pain on a daily basis. Until I found Wendy! She is a Champion. She doesn't spot treat you, instead she looks at your whole body holistically and combines different treatment methods such as deep tissue massage, acupuncture and cupping. After just 2 visits I felt the best in 2 years!!! My only regret is that I have not found her earlier. Her team is the best I have experienced. If you are after some very professional and seriously effective treatment, this is THE place to come! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. PERHAPS ONE OF THE BEST IN SYDNEY!

Don’t judge a book by it’s covers here. A massage shop in a food court is not the nicest of environments, but what they do here is what that makes people keep coming back. Come here with an open mind.

If you are looking for a very professional traditional Chinese massage, cupping and acupuncture this is the place to be.

Wendy has helped me with my problems and enabling me to get back to living life much more normally.

They do say that if accupoints hurts you have a problem there. Although it was a very painful massage, it was also a very effective massage.

The shop is also very busy and you have to give some flexibility with appointment times.

Came here yesterday seeking cupping to alleviate the piercing pain after pulling my back. Explained to Wendy (the masseuse) my pain location and she took me in immediately and got to work. After one hour of treatment i walked out with numbing pain from the treatment and thanked her. I'm writing this review on the second day, as i couldn't believe the pain is all gone, only some tenseness remains in my back which is not noticeable.
The shop itself is nothing to rave about as it is located in a food court and privacy is non existent, as the 3 rooms are partitioned with blinds, which allows you to hear the next rooms conversations clearly, but the skills are definitely there and having done cupping in several Asian countries, i can vouch that Wendy does have the skills.

Excellent massage therapy spa..I’ve been through different massage therapy spa all over Sydney, but here is different. The service itself is great and very professional. Space a bit small, but the massage quality is superb. Accessible and location wise friendly in Chatswood.

Absolutely great! very professional, they know what they are doing, massage and dry needling is comforting and relaxing. Always on the spot to relieve the knots in my muscles and help me move better again. Me and my wife have been going here for a while and highly recommend it, one of the best around........

This place has been here for years, but the quality hasn't gone down.

A little more expensive than others around Chatswood, but there is more care which justifies the price. Before you start they ask a lot of questions about what the issue/s are and really work on it, whereas a lot of other places just follow their usual routine and don't address much if anything.

I walked in with problems in my neck, shoulder and back, and these guys were very analytical, and therapeutic....they knew there stuff! After my second visit, i felt better....They recommend that I try dry needling, and since i was scared of needles, they assured me that it will be a great solution to my problem. They are very comforting, good communicator and i felt at ease......

Love this place. I had a stiff neck and was unable to sit up out of bed and they completely fixed it. Don't expect a soothing massage, it's called healing hands for a reason. With massages and cupping, my body feels 100x better and I can train without the tightness that I use to feel. They were able to loosen knots that I didn't even know existed. They're very good and knowledgeable at what they do.

The best massage in Sydney. They take the time to ask what you need and they recommend the best treatment for you. I personally believe if you have a problem and you want it treated, it’s supposed to hurt to treat it. They bring the painnnn and it feels so good after it. Highly highly recommend. I travel 40 minutes to see these guys.

Very deep tissue massage, had problems with my upper back and after a few visits i can say that I'm feeling a lot more mobile and rejuvenated.

Remedial massage was straight to the point, they also do dry needling as well, combination of both has resulted in my injuries getting better

Excellent massage, I have long lasting lower back pain issues due to my sedative lifestyle and I have relied on massage for relief. The therapists here are professional and they know they are doing and they listen to you. The room is small but nice and tidy. I highly recommend this place and they accept Bupa rebate.

Healing Hands is a truly fantastic and caring massage centre. The staff are very well trained and knowledgable - one of the ladies (Minzy) was able to target chronic muscle strain in my shoulders, back and spine, and now I feel exceptional. I'll definitely be back, and have recommended this place to my friends and family!

I have been receiving Traditional Chinese remedial massage regularly for almost 10 years, and there were over 10s and 10s of different therapists, both in Sydney and China Hong Kong, performing the massage for me. As such, I believe I am experienced and capable of differentiating the various levels of ability, as well as their performance quality, of the different therapists, so I am well qualified to make the following comments.

In April last year Wendy, the owner and chief therapist of Healing Hands Sydney, was first referred to me by my previous massage therapist when she returned to Mainland China. In my first meeting with Wendy, just after the first 5 minutes of her treatment I could feel the difference, I realised unlike others whose therapies were merely of “junior” level, Wendy was doing the “advance” level massage. Since then, I have been sticking with Healing Hands and receiving Wendy’s treatment twice every week, and my mobility, as well as general health, has improved significantly.

Also, Wendy is a very caring person. Even after treatments she would at her own time study or research and contemplate how to do in the next treatment to get even better results for her clients. Such professionalism, I must say, is most creditable.

I would also comment that at all the time when I was in Healing Hands, I had never (literally “never”) heard any words of dissatisfaction, from any (literally “any”) client there, rather only the gratitude, after therapies by Wendy’s staff, so I believe all these staff members are of very high professional skill too, and likewise are recommendable.

Called to get an appointment as I had a killer pain in the neck and was shuffled in immediately. JZ was brilliant. He listened and asked questions as to what was sore, walked through possible reasons why and suggested time and type of massage. Tough, firm and felt so much better afterwards. He even suggested some ongoing stretch and exercises I could do to strengthen. I will be back again!
