Always helpful!

Since I moved to Creswick last September I've had numerous enquiries that I've needed help with. Sometimes I've had to line up for a few minutes, but that's no different to other Post Offices.
The staff here have been friendly and helpful and I'm happy with the service. Thank you all.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes busy so you need to be aware of the time.

Need to change their hours. As most people in town work in Ballarat it is not possible to get to Creswick PO during their opening hours. Couple of hours on a Saturday be handy, or open till 6 one or two days a week like a lot of other post offices

Staff very rude, service slow, delivery drivers don’t attempt delivery, no ability to collect mail if one works.

DISGUSTING Customer service if you can even call it that, these women are rude to healthcare workers of all people not once but consistently rude!!! they need to do some sort of training, however, people as rude as these women probably wouldn't grasp the concept! If you can help it dont go there and if have to use it then lower your expectations as its certainly not indicative of a nice country post office

I find it hard to be believe that the postman who delivers to Macs Street Creswick thinks it's acceptable to drive over everyone's lawn. It isn't . Stop doing it!!!!
