Thank you so much to Scott for doing my Medusa piercing. It has been one of my best experiences getting a piercing.

He always remained professional and put in his 110%. The piercing room was clean and the entire procedure was done in a hygienic, professional manner.

Scott was meticulous when it came to marking the placement of the Medusa and was constantly reassuring to make sure I was all good during the piercing process.

I had a very lovely experience here when getting my daughter's ears pierced. All the staff were super friendly and Scott, the piercer, was friendly, kind and respectful to my 7 year old. She had both lobes pierced for the first time, by needle not cartridge, and he allowed her the time to get her nerves under control before doing the second lobe. Thank you, Scott, for making this a great day for her, and thanks to the front door staff who were equally kind and friendly to me and my book loving kid. Would not hesitate to come back here again for my other children or myself.

Thank you Scott (Chatswood) for an amazing 1st piecing experience, for my 11 year old daughter! She came in 2 weeks ago to have her ears pierced. She was quite nervous when she arrived & with Scott’s calm and positive manner, she was very comfortable before they were pierced. He took the time to explain everything to her & it was a very good experience. He also gave great after care instructions and her ears are healing well & have not been infected or sore.

Friendly and professional piercing services! Went with my friend to get my helix pierced, the piercer Skotti was hilarious and experienced. Walked us through everything in detail and checked in regularly during the process. Would recommend!

I had a really positive, fun experience at Hairhouse when I called in without an appointment for a piercing. Scott and the team were really helpful, giving me advice on what would look good and I settled for septum which was the right decision as it's really cute. Scott put me at ease with his professionalism and knowledge and friendly chat. I knew I was in safe hands. The procedure was undertaken in a completely clean and sterile room so no concerns re hygiene. Scott checked in with how I was feeling throughout and explained everything he was doing clearly. The aftercare advice was helpful and there was no hard
sell to buy products I didn't need. If you're thinking of having your first piercing or adding a new one to your collection I wouldn't hesitate to check out Scotts work. (btw Scotty, my daughter was super surprised and said your work looked awesome 😀😀🥰)

Received a piercing today done by Scott. He was very gentle and professional and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. He made me feel very comfortable and said a couple of jokes. Will be returning for more.

Best hair salon of my life! I got 1/4 highlights done by Anna-Maria, and it turned out stunning, she styled it beautifully too, I can not recommend her enough! She was so so friendly and the whole experience was just amazing. The price is also totally worth it and affordable. Love it!

I had been here many times for hair services including haircut, hairstyling, root touchup. Staff was lovely and it was a pleasant experience overall. The prices are reasonable. I find it easy to book appointment online through their website. Highly recommend!

Firstly, the staff here always help me find the best products for my hair when I come in to restock my products. Thank you for always being so lovely! Secondly, I came in today to correct a hair colour I had done recently which I wasn’t exactly comfortable with. Was originally looking to dye it myself at home but ended up securing a lucky walk in appointment with Alfaid. He was so gentle with my hair and helped me achieve the exact copper shade I was after. Thank you so much for fitting me in today close to closing time. The layered haircut was also top notch paired with the beautiful blow out. Thank you Alfaid! See you again next time :)

I haven't styled my hair in over 22 years but just got a chop and wanted to dive in - knowing absolutely nothing but ironing with a iron (if you know, you know...) the beautiful Elena took me on a journey of hair styling & care, giving me great advice, and I could even have a try of the suggested products to compare the basic & premium versions. I even got a tutorial on how to use the straightener to create some curls - it will look like a cubist mess when I try at home but I'm excited to practise! Can highly recommend - no dramatic sales pitches, just good advice. Gold stars for Elena!

Enough can't be said about the amazing talents, professionalism and customer service that Alfaid delivers on each visit. I have been a regular client of HHW Chatswood for the past 9.5 years and during my time I've had a lot of Hairdressers look after my hair.. but none quite like Alfaid he is hands down "the best by far" a magician and a true asset to the salon. He is friendly, polite and he really listens to what the client wants to achieve. His results are truly outstanding, his haircuts, colours and especially his blowdrys will make you feel like a new person. Everbody always comments on my hair and wants to know who my stylist is. I now recommend everyone I know to this salon because of him.
