Dr James Chong and Dr Soo Chan Lee has been our family doctor for the past 10 years, even we moved to another area. Very professional, responsible and approachable. You might need to book in and wait as both doctors will give thorough and details advise.
The centre is clean and strategically located. Highly recommended

I’ve been seeing Dr.Lee for the past 8 years. She’s a very kind and attentive doctor so I’ve been coming back ever since my first visit. There might be some waiting time if no appointment is made but generally, I feel that’s acceptable.

Professional Medical Practice conveniently located in Chatswood. It is our go to Medical Practice for many years. Dr Lee is professional and knowledgeable. She treats her patients with utmost respect. Dr Chong is very kind and patient with children.

As a patient of some 20yrs, I highly recommend the Katherine St Medical Practice and Dr Lee especially. It may not be as flashy as some and the absence of an on-line booking system is a shame but the quality of care is outstanding and they (mostly) bulk-bill.

Dr LOUI NG is the only reason for a 5-star rating for this clinic.
Dr Ng is a GREAT doctor. She treats patients who have the disease; but not treating the disease. She is competent to identify my problems quickly and effectively with her exquisite medical skills. Dr Ng is ethical and genuine, caring and empathetic. I am so blessed to be her patient.

Katherine Street Medical Practice was referred to me by a client when I moved to Chatswood six years ago. It is a busy practice with friendly staff, so booking in advance is best. Dr Lee is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She is caring while providing quality medical care with a personal touch.

Its been a while I don't visit this medical practice as thanks God I did not get sick. This time I found out that appointment required. This is good so I don't have to wait to long. This time it requires me to visit three times. All good, consultations run as per schedule. I feel Dr Lee is very nice, care of her patients, follow up and ask me to come back at the end of my medication to ensure that I recovered.

The Doctors are amazing, the old asian receptionist used to be pleasant but now has an attitude. She's rude abrupt and unkind most especially to other Asians except if you're Chinese. I think she forgets she is just a receptionist.

Attended on weekend with well organised and great service. Dr Lee is caring and children are relaxed with her.

Wait times and scheduling is always crammed but generally the Docters here are very reliable and up to date which is more important.

I have been to this clinic twice. I am very satisfied with the experience.

Firstly, the receptionists are very nice. I work in other clinic as well. I know how busy the receptionist can be. Sometimes we also need some patience and understanding to them as well. Their tone of voice might not sound very friendly, but I can feel they are willing to help.

Regarding the GPs, all three of them are patience and friendly. Every time I consulted with them are just like talking to my friends. Comfortable and professional at the same time. I will definitely come back next time if needed.

I have been a patient of Dr Soo Lee for many years and she always look after me professionally and gives me good advice. The clinic is bright, clean and always feels fresh. Highly recommended.

5 minutes walk from the train station. Quite busy the few times we were there but the doctor was smart and efficient. Didn't have to wait long with the booking.

I have been followed Dr Loui Ng over 15 years, she is the best doctor i have ever met, she take cares of all her patients and she has extensive experience on Gynecology. She is so professional and not commercial at all, she always provide details with her examination. A doctor you never feel negative on her.

Receptionist are fast and friendly, they get on the point when they handling their task. Very professional. Busy clinic but receptionist always helpful to let patients know the roughly waiting time.

I have been coming to see Dr Lee since 2011 and occasionally the other doctors, too. They are all very thorough with their examination and have great communication skills. They listen to me and ask if I have preferences. Dr Lee has a great referral network and I have always been happy with her referrals.

As a walk-in clinic of course you have to wait your turn, but you will always be seen, which is much better than appointment-only doctors who may only be available after your illness gets much worse.

Great Team of Doctors. Extremely grateful to Dr Lee who has been caring for me and my family for over 25 years.

I've been attending this practice for many years. Considering how busy the place gets, the reception staff are always friendly and professional. Dr Lee is an excellent practitioner and takes great care of her patients. Likewise, Dr Chong and Dr Angstmann are also wonderful, caring people. Highly recommended.

The doctors there are great. Very caring and explain things thoroughly. Most doctors I've seen there are quite good. Waiting time can be a bit of a wait at times but it's all worth it. Receptionist though are not that friendly.

Dr Lee is very professional, caring and always takes time to listen to your concern. I highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking GP services.
