Great variety of classes with small class sizes and individual attention, excellent instructors, a welcoming environment and a friendly community all of which combined encourages me to keep attending on a consistent basis. I'm fitter and stronger than I have ever been and Leap has been a huge part of building a healthier me. If you are on the fence about joining a gym, come and try out Leap, you'll be part of an awesome community and will be well supported by your instructors and fellow class members.

I have been training with Leap for nearly an year now, I am so happy to see the tranformation in me. The group classes are so much fun, amazing trainers who give attention to each and every student, the studio is well maintained. No two classes are the same, which makes it even more exiting each time. I highly recommend Leap to everyone out there.

There are a variety of small group classes ( fundtional training/yoga /barre/reformer Pilates/mat Pilates) and individual sessions. The instructors are professional and patient, and they demonstrate the postures clearly. I love all the classes at Leap and highly recommend to attend any of the classes here

Shirley has created a sanctuary devoted to positive health and well-being. Classes are small enough to feel personal while there is enough variety to maintain interest. The instructors are welcoming and experienced, able to cope with different ages, injuries and health conditions. The equipment and props are top quality with cleaning protocols to keep everything sanitised between classes. Take the leap - you won't regret it!

I joined Leap post covid lockdown last year and it has been such a positive experience for my physical and mental health. I’ve really enjoyed the small-sized classes where the team of expert instructors always put effort into curating a variety of exercises while taking into account the different needs and skill levels of each member. The atmosphere and community at Leap are welcoming and supportive, which encouraged me to make coming here a routine and allowed me to be exposed to & find confidence in trying new exercises. I highly recommend anyone who’s considering joining Leap to come and try the classes!

Leap is the most wonderful gym I have ever attended. All of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and they really take the time to understand each person's fitness level whilst encouraging and challenging each individual. There are a variety of classes- functional training, pilates reformer, barre and yoga with the pilates classes being my absolute favourite! The small class size is fantastic, and almost like having a personal trainer. I have seen so much growth and progress in my fitness journey at Leap. The front of house staff are always kind, welcoming, helpful and engaging. The studios are beautiful and contemporary with a luxe feel. There is not a single negative that I could say!

I have been attending classes at Leap Health and Wellbeing in Chatswood for about six months now. The staff are all amazing and the classes are fantastic!
It's so great to have such a variety of interesting classes and fun, caring instructors to choose from. The support of the staff has been so encouraging and the environment of Leap is exactly what I have been looking for after all these years of gyming and trying other exercise options.
I highly recommend Leap Health and Wellbeing, I can truly say I LOVE exercising now!

I have been exercising regularly with Leap Health and Wellbeing for over 3 years. I transitioned from only attending Barre classes once a week to going to 4-5 classes each week to build my 'exercise pillars'. I like the ambience, friendly staff, experienced and caring instructors and the community where everyone works hard to make exercise as part of their routine! I'm especially grateful for the beginner exercise bootcamp Shirley and Jess offered me to try when I had knee injury in November 2020. It opened a new world to me and since then I have felt the benefit of more strength and cardio exercises. This is so important to my physical and mental wellbeing during the lockdown and prolonged work from home when COVID emerged. No matter what goal you would like to achieve in terms of exercise, I strongly recommend you to visit Leap Heal and Wellbeing - there's always a program that suits you and you will definitely love it!

Leap Health and well being provide small group classes with excellent teachers that always provide you the individual attention you deserve!

As a member for over two years Leap on line works for my busy schedule access from office home or work whilst on holidays anywhere and with extensive the online library anytime.

I love the variety of classes the times at lunch and after work are great.

I enjoy each and every moment you will too

I recommend this local exercise place to anyone who like me never like doing exercise in my life but now come to an age that all hell broke loose with ailments here and there. Unlike the big franchise gyms, Leap gives me the friendly, personal and tailored exercise experience. I feel like I'm getting more and more control of my own well being now. Thanks to Leap!

Great environment and premium services. What Leap is providing is not just exercising but more like a package of everything to a new (and healthier) life style. All the coaches and the team are professional and friendly. If it wasn't for Leap, I would still be lying on my sofa thinking if I should start exercising. Sadly, I will be leaving Sydney for a while but really looking forward to join again when I come back.

Before I started Reformer Pilates at the Leap studio, I had joined mainstream gyms and had stints in personal training franchises. I didn't connect with any of them to commit long term and I was never able to keep it up. Reformer Pilates has been different - I really enjoy the fact that I can build my strength while laying down on a bed! It's minimal impact in joints and I can feel the difference my sessions are making. The classes at Leap helped me build strength and flexibility. The sessions are intimate, there is always a machine available and the environment makes me feel centred and grounded. Loving it!

Leap is by far one of the best studios I've visited. They have wonderful instructors, and an amazing selection of classes. After each visit, I feel more energetic, less tightness in my body, and I just feel calmer. Being a busy mum this is important to me. My husband tells me I've become a nicer person since I started going to Leap!

The team at Leap Health and Wellbeing are amazing. I've had such a wonderful experience learning Reformer Pilates and I'm keen to try Barre and all the other classes they have avaiable. Special mentions to Jess R, Kirralie D, and Shirley for all their amazing support and guidance.

I have had the best pilates instructors in my life, Barbara and Jessica. Barbara is a highly passionate and experienced instructor who gives structured & challenging classes . Her guidance has led to my great interest in pilates and to advance the technique and skills more overtime. Jessica is a very fun and experienced instructor. Her classes are fun and challenging that motivates everyone to push their boundaries. I cannot afford to miss any of their classes! I highly recommend other classes e.g. Barre/yoga/ functional training as well. It is a studio that is way better than a gym :)

Leap Health and Wellbeing studio has such a special, welcoming and fun environment. The instructors are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that your movements are done correctly. I enjoy the classes so much that I structure my week around them. Their vibe has attracted a great tribe and I am happy to be a part of it.

Leap Health studio was able to get me prepared both physically and mentally for getting back to sports,I have never experienced a more challenging workout before and realized I needed a class environment to push me to work harder to see the change I was looking for.

No where else will you get the variety of classes that is this affordable. Each class is different from the last so you'll never feel you are doing repetitive workouts. The positive environment of the people who come to Leap Health make you look forward to going, Also as a new person to the city it was able to help me meet new friends with similar interests.

What an amazing experience. Great set up and teacher was attentive and experienced. The classes are not packed like other studios and the variety of yoga style offered is great. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this studio to anyone who wants a space to focus on their well being and find some peace.

I run regularly, but I decided to try yoga and pilates at Leap Health & Wellbeing to mix it up a bit and do something for my mental health. Truly a boutique style experience with a very tailored, personalized approach. I signed up for virtual pilates and Shirley (the owner) often joins in the classes and called me up afterwards to see how I did. Shirley is lovely, warm, super organised, proactive and really hands on. The staff are lovely and experienced too. Leap Health are COVID safe and also opt for online classes if you prefer to work out from home. What I really like about Leap Health and Wellbeing is their holistic approach to wellbeing as they offer webinars such as "Work Smarter Not Harder" run by guest speakers which goes hand in hand with exercise to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. They also have fun events such as "Bar to Barre" and "pilates in PJs" which makes exercise fun and also creates a sense of community, which is more important than ever in these unprecedented times.
The customer experience is second to none; with regular engagement, very prompt responses to queries and a genuine interest in the type of exercise best suited to my needs.
