Aesop Chatswood

I’ve enjoyed visiting the Aesop boutique in Chatswood recently. Each time I go, I experience good service from the very friendly staff which makes the shopping experience exceptional.

The boutique is unique, beautifully set up and always clean. When I walk pass by the boutique the scents of heaven always refresh me even when I don’t go inside.

Ruth always make me feel very welcome when I come to the boutique and are willingly share her knowledge to ensure I can select the right scent for gift.

Came on Christmas Eve on a very tight schedule and budget. Miss lovely Jiwon helped me find the perfect gift for my partners parents. She had amazing customer service and really helped me find a great gift.

Beautiful shop with helpful and friendly staff who have a great understanding of their products. I was served by Shimelle who helped me try a great range of products which were all lovely (+ a nice cup of tea)

I happened to see a Mahjong table was being set up in the store, which made me feel great lunar new year vibe, and couldn’t help engaging in it. The store is fantastic especially the customer service. Love it!

Kirsten was wonderful, knowledgeable, patient.
She knows the brand very well, that made me feel confident that I am in good hands. Kristen guided me in a such a wise manner that at the end I made the best possible choice.

Whole experience was great! Like a little treat I had after hard day. Complementary tea, lovely packaging, extra samples…and a take away poem.

Leea, was exceptional well spoken and knew her product. Very helpful with all my questions and made my shopping experience very pleasant. One of the friendly interaction I’ve had.

Even tho there are only 2 sales, one of them still offered me great service. She gives me the product that suits me the best instead of just strongly recommending the most expansive products. I bought a facial cleanser and face cream. The packaging were so lovely and she sprayed perfume on it witch I loved. Overall great experience! Will definitely come again

First purchase at Aesop today and Kirsten was amazing, so helpful. I’m definitely an ongoing customer now. Whatever you sprayed the bag with is amazing and I need more of that in my life!

Absolute masterclass in the ultimate retail experience. Staff were professional and courteous, and understand that small gestures have a huge impact (like spraying the cloth bag with with a scent). Beautiful shop.

I was so impressed with the top notch customer service that Kevin from Aesop Chatswood Westfield provided. The kind of real life in-store experience that online shopping will never be able to match.

Staff were really nice and helpful as I purchased some gifts. I really like how they have testers outside the store so you can try the difference scents and consider them.

I haven’t found any other company with better smelling body products. They are generous with their samples which is appreciated. Products are expensive.
