Great little Harvey norman , excellent staff, friendly and helpful , large electronic section, plenty of parking right out the front , other shops include , Aldi , liquor land , best and less and takeout shops. Disability parking right out the front and large entrance to the shop

Great helpful and friendly staff who know their products, extremely clean and tidy store, and found out it pays to add product care to any decent large item purchased.

I had a very positive experience at this store. I dealt with Adam in the electronics section who I found to be very friendly and helpful. He made the process very quick and easy which was appreciated. The entrance is easy to find, parking is ample and the store was well set out and clean. Overall, I would recommend and return in the future.

Todd in computers electrical was AWESOME He was very helpful over the phone providing good old fashioned customer service doing what he said he would. I tried McGrath's Hill and was basically given a story about product unavailable later to find out not true from Penrith store but then that person did not return my calls after leaving three messages and then had to call back next day to find out was not going to help. Thank goodness for Todd outstanding service doing what he said he would when he said he would very helpful gave me faith again in customer service 🙌 🙌 🙌 Keep up the great work shame can't say the same for the other stores. Thanks again great job Todd 👌

Good store. Staff are excellent. They have gone well out of their way to help me in recent purchases.

I live in Singleton and bought a freezer online. The next day HN Muswellbrook rang to check that I knew there would be a 2 week wait for stock to be delivered (I did). They called again when the stock arrived to confirm a delivery date and window, then the driver called to confirm when they were 30 mins away. Outstanding customer service. I'll be going through these guys in the future instead of Rutherford.

I had a problem with my printer so I rang Harvey Norman at Muswellbrook to see if I could get some advice from the computer department, they told me to bring it in and they would have a look, the guy that served me was Rhyce he was so helpful in between serving customers and fixing my problem he must of spent 25 minutes of his time helping me ,when he finished I asked him what I owed he said no charge. He is a great asset to you guys, hope I spelt Rhyces name correctly.
