Julie & the team took amazing care of my cat just a few days ago when he was quite sick and needed to stay overnight. He was in the best of hands and I trusted them completely to look after him. They had him in being checked within 2 hours of me calling saying I was worried he was sick and squished me in when it seemed quite busy. Completely upfront with the costs as well so I knew what to expect at the end of everything. They kept me updated throughout his stay which was great as I have never had any sickness like this with my cats before so didn’t know what to expect and their open communication was amazing. My cats have been going there for a while and I will continue to do so. Amazing and caring vet clinic :)

We took our elderly cat Tinkerbelle to them for years, they saw her through her happy young years to her becoming a grumpy old lady, and always treated her with love and respect (even if she didn’t treat them the same way). We recently had to put her down, and my family and I wouldn’t have taken her anywhere else, Heathcote vet treated our girl like she was family, and we will be forever grateful for the care they showed her

So happy I was recommended this vet clinic. They are a great team, always friendly & genuinely caring. Also reasonably priced & never try to up sell products, unlike some other clinics I have been to. These guys are the best!

To be honest, I accidentally called this clinic and spoke with reception/ front of house and after a lengthy conversation about my dog’s illness, previous treatments and the now need to have her euthanised, she asked me a strange question, which State are you in. I had called NSW Heathcote, not Victoria. The person was so friendly and understanding allowing me to rant on without interrupting, so understanding as well. The Heathcote Veterinary Clinic are always so wonderful with the pets. They are so reasonably priced and take great care and attention to look after your animals… I have been to a few vets and they are definitely the most understanding and caring.

Such amazing staff. I’ve gone here for years with pet lizards who have been extremely well looked after and more recently with my rescue dog who has anxiety issues. They go above and beyond to make a comfortable and safe space for everyone involved. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Very considerate and caring vets throughout different stages of pets life and at end of life. Would strongly recommend. Affordable and helpful, staff have called to check on my dog after she visited the vet. I could not be more impressed

We had to put our old dog down a couple of days ago and the vet nurses were so empathetic and caring, I honestly felt like I was sitting and talking to a friend through the whole process. Thank you so much. We have also taken our other dog there a couple of times and they have been equally as caring. Thank you

They were very nice and didn’t try and over charge me. They were very respectful of my dog and his behaviour issues from being a rescue dog. Thanks guys.

I can say they are the best 👌. I have been to three veterinary hospital to get my dogs leg looked at, after a dog attack down Narooma on a dog friendly beach. Heathcote has done more than just help me, they have the knowledge on how to attend to what is needed to fix a broken leg.

I've been taking my pets here for well over a decade. The entire team here, nurses, doctors, reception are all incredible and so knowledgeable and caring. It's a great clinic!

Brought my Beardie here after he seemed to be impacted. Brought him in, the staff was very kind, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Professional environment with top notch care, they'll answer any questions or concerns you have. They fixed up my Beardie in 15 mins and he was back to being his usual happy self. Highly recommended 👍

I am a long-term customer of Heathcote Vet. I have taken reptiles, cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, rabbit and more for treatment with them. For over 10 years I have been using their service and the care and consideration taken not only with my pets, but with wildlife and animals in need too has been above and beyond.

They are the best Vet Service in Sutherland Shire and I cannot reccomend them enough. Leoni on the front desk is an amazing asset to Heathcote Vet as are all the talented vets and vet nurses that work alongside her.
