Subie Doctor

Visited Subie doctor and met Michael first time. Purchased first Subaru which was serviced my Michael /Subie doctor last 5 years. So I decided to continue with Michael. Nice, amiable Michael along with his team's workmanship, I felt comfortable. Hope it will be continued. All the best Subie Doctor!!!

Honestly the best Subaru mechanic, if not the best mechanic we have in Sydney. Everything from the customer service to the actual work done on the car is absolutely amazing and know that your car is in more than capable hands and will really put your mind at ease especially when facing issues. A highlight of the services is the extensive walk through by Michael and Gem of what’s been done to the car during the service and what needs to be done, in order to bring it to its A1 condition, along side quotes being provided and assisting in the prioritisation of which issues need to be resolved. With their assistance I have managed to get ahead of issues before they arise.

Michael was quite transparent and generous when I had a major issue with my car, was able to see me as soon as possible, and although he wasn’t able to find a brand new part, he did provide me with a second hand part at very little cost and was honest about that part being second hand, since then I have not had any issues with that specific part. I didn’t go In expecting nor would I ask anyone to expect this as they are a business, however it really does show that the customer experience is a priority for them!

I highly recommend this place to my friends that own Subaru’s or anyone reading this review as these days it is quite difficult to find a mechanic that operates at such a high level.

Unfortunately, after 4 years of bringing my car to them, these days I am not able to visit due to moving away and the commute being quite long, however if I was closer, and when I am closer in the near future, I will most definitely continue the maintenance of the car with Subie Doctor!

Took my Impreza in for a routine service. The team at Subie Doctor were efficient and professional, Michael provided a detailed overview on what needs attention in the service.

Unfortunately a minor issue arose just before closing hours. The Subie Doctor team stayed back on a Friday afternoon to ensure the issue was resolved. 10/10 for customer service and 11/10 for quality of service.

Unfortunately my 2010 forester diesel snapped a crank and after reading nothing but positive online reviews about Subie doctor I went to them.
Michael,Gemma and the team went out of their way to help me out.. They found me a replacement engine from a trusted reliable supplier.
Done extra work (at their cost and satisfaction...that is the kind of company they are) customer service is what Subie doctor provides and I can't recommend them enough..Thank you Neville

I have been having my new Subaru serviced by the team at Subie Doctor for years and won’t go anywhere else. They are very efficient and friendly. Walk you thru step by step any additional work that may be required and don’t try to upsell you products.

Michael confirmed that my S Edition Forester needed head gaskets & I followed his advice regarding what should be done in order to have a super reliable engine, which meant returning the performance tune, back to standard . We aggreed to have the tune returned to standard & even though there was some teething problems, Michael never backed away & ensured the tuner got it right. I'm completely happy with the way Michael & his team conducted themselves through out this process & have no problem recommending Subi Doctor

I recommend this place for any Subaru owner looking for something better than regular dealership. I met true professionals who really cares about the cars. In my case they were able to identify a list of issue on a second hand vehicle which I bought from dealership with “full inspection & check done”.

Huge thanks to the team at Subie Doctor. They diagnosed and did a temporary repair on my wiring to ensure I was back safe on the road as soon as possible. The work was excellent and being mainly labour the job was done quickly and at a great all up cost. The team are helpful. Professional and really know there stuff. Recommend them highly.

Easy and thorough with pink slips and have saved me on multiple occasions with unexpected issues arising. Gemma and Michael are very knowledgeable and trustworthy and the girls at the front desk are always helpful!

The ladies in the office are very professional and friendly. I had a really good all around first experience with Subie Doctor they did a great job with solving a problem no other mechanic has been able to do. Michael's communication throughout the whole process was extremely high and his knowledge is second to none. I am very happy that I found them and I will only be using them from now on.

Honestly I’ve had the best experience dealing with Michael and his team at Subie Doctor. I was sold a dodgy Subaru Liberty by a Canberra dealership and Michael went above and beyond to help me out with the car. He really is a wonderful mechanic but most of all an honest and caring person. His team are so professional. They’re the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with and would recommend Subie Doctor to anyone.

I can't recommend enough or say how great the team are at Subie Doctor!! Gemma was really lovely and able to book me in on short notice.

When I arrived for the service, Michael explained what needed to be done with my car, including what was happening, why it was happening, which parts I need replaced (they have all the genuine Subaru parts and recommended oils etc), how they would do it. He even showed me the parts that they had replaced on pickup and what condition they were in. I have never had an experience like this with servicing - Michael is very good at what he does.

I will definitely be going back to Subie Doctor in the future.

Subie Doctor have been servicing my Outback since I bought it. The service is always exceptional. Michael and the team do an excellent job.

These guys are the best in the industry. They really know in the ins and outs of all models so don't waste your money on other mechanics.

Recently had my Outback first service since I've owned it from earlier this year. The service advisor explained all details and service that was carried out on my car and price is reasonable. Really happy with how my car drives now, much smoother on the throttle response. Will definitely continue future service intervals with Subie Doctor. Thanks.
