I LOVE Decjuba! Personally I think they get in a great variety of clothes each season, with new styles coming in regularly, and very versatile . The North Sydney store has a great layout and staff are always super friendly, BIG shout out to Felice who I think is the store manager or supervisor, Always goes above and beyond and would be by far my favourite sales assistant of all time! Customer Service is on point, THANK YOU!

Decjuba is always good. Staff are very helpful but do yourselves a favour, do not address your customer as doll, love etc, especially when you do not know them. I find this very tacky.

Absolutely awful customer service - the staff don’t say hi or even look up from their phones when you walk in, not even when you pop into the change room. Even if I like an item, I refuse to give them a sale on that alone. And this is coming from someone who worked in retail for years.
