Meriton Suites Church Street, Parramatta

I stayed here for the past 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Location right by Church Street (Eat Street) is so good, I tried quite a few of th each night for dinner. It was great to have the washer and dryer in my room, as I did quite a few loads of washing (thank you for the laundry liquid, it smells great). Having two air-conditioner, one in the lounge room and one in the bedroom was really needed as its summer, so thank you for that too! Another great thing was the sound proofing! I didn't hear my neighbours at all unless they were in the hallway, which wasn't often. I didn't hear anyone below or above or next to me, which really was a highlight as other hotels are not like this at all. I did give the room 4/5 stars because it just needs a freshen up in regards to some cosmetic things like a fresh coat of paint on the walls and swapping out some of the furniture with stains on them. All in all it was a lovely stay and I would definitely come back again! Thank you!!

First time staying at the Meriton and it was an enjoyable experience. The suite we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and neat. The view was excellent. The staff (especially Joseph from reception) were very accommodating and kind. The location is convenient because public transport, the mall and various food cuisines were only walking distance-minutes away. One thing I had trouble with was the Elevator system feeling slow. However it was not too much of a concern.

I would love to stay at the Meriton Church Street again.

Very neat and tidy apartment. Staff were always polite. Parking was not too bad as other reviews. Bigger 4x4s might find it tight to maneuver but my mid-size SUV had little to no problems accessing.

When ever I'm staying paramatta this hotel is always my first choice. Very friendly staff, rooms are always neat and tidy, great views of Parramatta from the rooms, restaurants and cafes only a very brief walk right outside the hotel door. And just a 10 minute walk to the Westfield shopping centre. I highly recommend the merition suits paramatta.

I particularly liked the floor because it's not carpet, so when visitors come over dirt isn't a problem. Just have slippers to use inside. Ventilation in the small kitchen is not so good but if not cooking much then it'll do. Problems with internet connection to watch Netflix, bothersome especially with kids. Close to eat street and would be great for families when Powerhouse Museum is finished. Great for walks at the riverside.

Prime location with a lot of fine restaurants around day and night.
Italian, Turkey, Vietnamese, and Lebanese.
My booking suite is on level 26 with a balcony and 2 bed rooms.
Ensuite on master bedroom.

Meriton Receptionist is very happy and professionally to assist with anything you need.
Complimentary with bottles of water and gift for kids.

Great room! Super exxy but then we went on Tay-Tay's concert weekend, everything was sky high. The pavement outside was ghetto, but I'm sure they'll fix that in the near future. Car park is a navigation nightmare so approach with care. Power points in the rooms have no USB outlets and are pretty scarce. Nice views.

Very nice rooms. Good security for floor access. The rotating entry doors had a glitch.

Awesome location... staff is very good, caring and cooperative.It gives home feeling.we have a riverside view. Thanks Miss.Tehreem for the lovely gesture to my kids. And we have special memories with Meriton my young daughter learned to swim.. just loved to stay here.

Great location especially for food ask in waking distance. Manager on when we checked in was so polite and super helpful (Setefan).
Gym was really smelly like mould and aircon filters need looking at in there. Didn't have time for gym so enjoyed the rest!

Stay here regularly. Rooms can be slightly unclean. Under beds etc. But generally well presented

Beautiful rooms but we had to go to reception repeatedly to get more coffee sugar and milk. Check in/out was very slow

Loved staying at Meriton Suites Church Street, we stayed there 3 nights and found the location great and staff super friendly, will definitely be staying there again in future. Car parking was relatively easy and although there’s an extra cost it’s totally worth it!

Nice location, nice view from the room, easy to access many places around Parramatta area. But the parking space a bit narrow and elevator take a long time.

The rooms are generous and always clean. Staff are friendly and check in is usually pretty straight forward. Parking can sometimes be a little tight but worth it and a good rate for casual parking for retail customers.

Luxurious suites in excellent condition. Plenty of parking available on site, although at an extra charge. Recommended to opt for the adjacent streets are always busy.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and kindly agreed to our late check-out request upon arrival.

Pool and gym facilities are a great addition to the package.

If you're staying in Parramatta this particular Meriton is perfect. Full apartment, great views, gym, 2 pools and spas, and the location to church street give you every authentic cuisine you might want. It does fluctuate a lot on price but if you find it at a low rate it's well worth it. I'll be back again.

Great rooms and comfortable, pity only 2 out of 4 elevators are operating making wait time extremely long
