BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Port Hughes

On the 11th March 2024 I went to another caravan park close by where the management/office staff were rude and uncalm, I left that caravan and came here. What a difference of vibe. The staff here at Big4 Breeze were so friendly, calm and helpful. The man driving around even saw we were heading in the wrong direction and came himself to help direct us. If you are heading this side of SA, this is the perfect place to stay 5 🌟 for staff attitudes 1

We came in to check in. The 2 ladies there ( one was named Paris, I don’t recall the other ladies name) were so happy and pleasant and helpful. The check in was very easy. We got to our villa, and it was so clean and fresh, and smelled beautiful. The view from our villa was beautiful. We ended up paying for another nights stay because everything was so perfect.

Stayed on foreshore grass site. Great spot so much room. We had a beautiful spot overlooking the water with a large grass area. Met great people. Straight below is a dog friendly tavern and general store with takeaway food. Caught plenty of squid - really enjoyed our stay.

Nice park, close to the beach. Helpful managers, clean facilities.

Stayed in an ensuite powered site. Nice clean and modern bathroom with a good size site.
Short 5min walk to Port Hughes South Beach ⛱

We go every Easter.....Site on the foreshore is perfect and we have a fantastic time with great friends !

Our stay was great. Nice views in a cabin. Our cabin was reasonably clean. After seeing the cleaners spending 15 mins cleaning the cabins next to us on two occasions it's obvious they only change the linen and don't do anything else. It was obvious that our bed was made in hurry. Park was quiet at night.
It is close to the tavern, store and jetty. Lovely walks on the beach.

Powered site right near the boardwalk to the beach. Great spot. Friendly staff. They had Adelaide Wood Oven Pizza there, amazing pizza. The facilities are good & clean. The pool looks amazing and so does the kitchen area. Will definitely come back ☀

We always ask for the same spot, amenities nice and very clean, lively place to relax, amazing pool area and shirt walk to the beach

What an awesome caravan park - brilliant park for kids- mini golf, jumping pillow, pump track and a beautiful pool and the beach is just over the sand dunes and its amazing and safe for kids.
The owners Paris and Michael are so friendly and helpful couldn't do more for you.
We are on an ensuite site and facilities are clean and the sites are nice and roomy..
Looking forward to our next trip back

We stayed in a powered ensuite site, they are very clean and tidy. The whole park is super clean and tidy with fantastic facilities and a short walk to the beach, we are gutted we only booked one night here but will definitely be back!
Also for anyone with kids, this playground is the coolest one I have ever seen 😁

Absolutely love staying here. 3rd time for us and won't be the last. Our cabin overlooks the beach front and sea, only 10 minute walk to Pt Hughes jetty and shop. The Pt Hughes Inn is place to go for meals too.

Im camping down in the bushlands out from Port Hughes, we just paid $5 each for my partner and I and our 3 kids to shower. The facilities in this park are amazing the playground is really all ages and the grassed area is beautiful. Due to the lovely service we received i believe we will book a site next time we come down. Truly a pleasure 😊

We stayed here for a few nights for the start of school holidays having a powered site in the village area. The park is very good with good facilities and friendly staff. The only probably downside is that sites aren't grassed but they do have mats to put tents on at each site along with rakes to remove any sticks and what not.

The camp kitchen facility is really good and looks like it's quite new! The pool looks amazing, but as it was the middle of winter, we didn't use it. It is solar heated, but not much sun to warm the water in Winter :)
It isn't shaded at the time of writing this review either. Lots of showers nearby for getting changed after swimming is a good touch!

The playground was a big hit with the kids. Lots of use with the bouncy pillow, playground and pump track. There is also a mini-golf course there too!

A short walk to the beach makes watching the amazing sunsets over the water easy.

I do highly recommend this park and we would definitely stay here again.

Had a fabulous time! Lovely beach & 1 minute walk to the jetty. Nice to have the Tavern & shop next door.

Nice shady trees for camping or caravans, large sites. The amenities are good with the camp kitchen first class. The swimming pool and adjacent amenities were also great.

Great park . Right on beach front.
#1 spot if you like fishing. Dog friendly.
Tavern and cafe are great.

What a great caravan park! We stayed in the village area of this park on an un-powered site. The pool is large and nicely landscaped making it a great place to swim and hang out. There is also a board-walk down to the beach which has clear calm waters. Poolside amenities could be cleaner but that they are high traffic areas so that is understandable.

Stayed from 23-28 Dec, was still a little quiet (perfect!). Exceptional park with fantastic facilities. Stayed in a cabin, well presented, clean, good condition. Staff are friendly and lovely. Pool was a hit, camp kitchen awesome. Short walk to beautiful beach. Highly recommend this town and park for a holiday!
