Great Northern Hotel

What a great old school pub. Good service and you can't beat the $10 lunch special. Looked like a newly renovated beer garden and the rest of the pub was clean and tidy. We'll be back.

Had my Birthday lunch there last weekend. Fantastic meals very efficient and friendly staff , great outdoor setting and nice quiet area. Definitely going back , those meals are first class and you will not leave hungry. Best place I have been for ages.

The Great Northern Hotel at Teralba is a great country style Pub. Tasty food and a lovely outdoor area.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. The Pub runs trivia, raffle nights and other social events.
A lovely place to spend an afternoon / evening.

Our pizza's were delicious and the service was excellent. The fenced grass area makes it very easy to have an afternoon drink and a bite to eat with a toddler. But we are definitely coming back for a child free evening. Such a great set up.

A great find! Pub with a friendly & inviting atmosphere. All the staff we encountered were cheery, polite & very helpful. The place looked well cared for. Schnitzels were awesome - quality of meat, toppings, salad & chips. We'll definitely be back.

Great pub, easy to get to by train and bike. Staff here are friendly and helpful, and you have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The pub has laid back atmosphere and the chicken wings are great 🙂👍🏻

Great new menu and meal sizes are large, I've never left hungry.
They have renovated the outdoor area, so more tables are available.
Beers are cheaper than other pubs in the area.
A great friendly environment (staff & patrons), been coming for years and never seen any trouble, people are always there to enjoy themselves.

Love this pub!! Old style country pub with a great atmosphere. Jackson and his team are so friendly. The $10 lunch specials (which change every two weeks) are fantastic. Free wifi & charging stations make it my second office. I drive 35 mins last my local pub to get to this place. Please don't rell anymore people about thsi gem :)

The service was very friendly & fast. The pizzas were delicious . Offers a courtesy bus for locals. It's located opposite the train station if you need a Plan B. Will visit here again very soon.

If you've been living on another planet and haven't heard about the legend that is the Great Northern then do yourself a favour and go enjoy the best Pizza, vibes and cold beer available anywhere.

Was there forr Anzac day they where so busy but still gave 100% amazing service good drinks very fair prices we had a blast!

Haven't been to the pub for a fair while, Looks great staff were very friendly, food was great Stacey had to grab a dogy bag.

$8 lunch deal. Very good value, big beef pie with real beef chunks inside. Love it!

OMG 😁😁😁 ... This place is THE BEST ... It's an old pub , so clean and freshly maintained its like I went back in time too whenever it first opened its doors ... The owner is not only hands on , friendly and an all round top bloke , the pride he takes in keeping this place impeccably clean and smelling fresh is 2nd to NONE 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 ..
Every single member of staff I met was not only friendly , helpful and enthusiastic , they were also kind and understanding not to mention presented extremely well . The beer was great , the atmosphere I'm missing and the FOOD 🤤🤤🤤 , I feel like driving the 2 hours back there just to try EVERY dish ... i will return , this is 💯 certain and it will be so much sooner than it should be ... next trip to Byron and I'm going out of my way to get back here.. I even asked if they had rooms LOL 😁😁😁 .. Great spot if you're looking for an amazing cheap lunch in a modest pub from yester-year. The front bar is decked out with large TV's to cover all your sporting needs or there is an comforting outdoor area where you can sit away from the electronics and relax with a few beers. The staff are beautiful, from the owner to the chef, and are very accommodating and attentive.
100% will visit again. Thanks guys.

Great food and prompt and courteous service. Great beer garden. A little pub that has every thing you need and good priced quality food.
