They’ve got beautiful products and I love shopping there. However my experience today at Top Ryde was extremely disappointing. The older lady with somewhat short blonde hair was disrespectful towards me and after I left I realised she hadn’t given me the receipt. I went straight back in and she didn’t apologise but I have to give credit to her colleague who made up for it, so thank you to her colleague for doing her job well.

As evidence that I was there today, there was a customer who accidentally shattered some tableware onto the ground.

Staff made me feel bad for messing up their display while I was searching for colours. Then they didn't even say "Thank you" or "Merry Christmas" when I paid for my purchase.

The 2.5 star Google review is totally fair.
Purchased sth 2 days ago and one day later they further dropped the price. "store manager" said no refund of price difference because that's the policy, i said then i could just repurchase the same lot and get a refund using the first receipt which they can't say no to. It's not much money really but for me even 1 star is too many for this place

This is more a message to HQ because your staff at this location are in severe need of basic customer service training. Really needed a couple of warm bedsheet sets but I will always factor customer service levels into my spending if I'm physically present at a store. I am astonished that even though I rarely visit this store, this icy attitude has been 100%. Also highly suspect that our race can be attributed to the behaviour of this staff (x3). Feel free to contact me for more information if there is any desire to understand this store's sorry customer service. In the meantime, I implore all customers to visit the Drummoyne store instead (better stock levels too).

Very disappointed with the customer service. I was at the Top Ryde shop around for 10 minute, the staff didn’t ask me if I need any help with anything. Both staff were serving the same customers at the same time at the register. I asked one of the staff if she can help me with a product. She said she will. I was waiting for another 15 minutes and the staff continued serving customers simultaneously at the register ignoring me.

very disappointed with the customer service, employee refused to return my online order without a hard copy even tho I showed her an electronic receipt on my phone, Their policy states that they need a proof of purchase but didnt specify a hard copy or electronic one. The employee kept saying go to another store despite explaining to her that I live far and that I still have four days to return. Totally appalling behaviour!!!
