Have been using these guys for years and never had a problem. Fast and efficient, I have always received back a good refund. I do not understand how the previous person has had a bad experience. Everything is very upfront.

I have been going to Kogargh Tax Tips for so many years, I can't count, John and all the staff there have always done their best to give me the best refund back, they have been awesome. They are number one, when it comes to my taxes.

John is brilliant. Been using him since 1997. Cannot speak highly enough of him

I have been going to this tax tips for sometime now, however this recent experience has left me disappointed in the overall experience. I had completed my tax return on the 3/7 deciding to complete it early this year due to being time poor. Unfortunately I didn’t have my private health fund statement & was told it’s ok to provide it once I get it in order to review/amend my tax return. After lodging my return I had noticed my income used for the taxable income was different to what is showing on my tax assessment! Trying to contact this tax tips is pointless as their excuses they use when they fail to get back to you after countless attempts of confirming all details are right and if the return is accurate. Completely pointless because you are given empty promises and words. There isn’t any care for the customer at all with this business. Very disappointing to see considering being loyal for sometime this is how loyalty is treated. If you want to go their be warned - it isn’t worth the time and effort to go through everything just to get customer service and provide the assurance of letting the customer know it is correct & there is nothing to worry about. Disappointing to see that I have to write a google review in such a negative way, but this overall experience was a nightmare and not worth the hassle

Don't go at TaxTips. They over charged from custome.

They charged me $148 for tax return where other tax agent do it ONLY for $40 also they charged extra $80 for medicare amendment. They didn’t show anything work related expense.
I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Tax agent John- Appalling!! Customer Service Zero! Hangs up in your face, tells you to call places yourself ( even though you are paying for his service). Refuses to clarify any questions asked- simply laughs and hangs up. I used to recommend this Place for years of great service, not until this guy came along!!! Disgusting. Reported to Fair Trading Australia next step!

They tell you that you can have Tax back instantly but that not true. You have to wait for 10 t0 14 business days.

They say it only cost $120 but it cost actually $132 coz they add GST...

Do not use it if you want real Tax back as you only get back what you have paid. You wont get anything back from your expenses which is work related!!!!

Lol paid 7000 tax an had 3000 worth of receipts no debt owing an they said they could only give me 700 went to tax tips Miranda an they did an awesome job they gave me 3.4 k as a return tax tips kogarah is a waste of time
