Boilerhouse Kitchen & Bar

Loved the food and the presentation. Entree was very nice, prawn pasta and the ocean trout. It was very busy and the mains took a little while to come out but it was understandable given the volume of people. The wait was worth it though as the beef and pork were superb. Cooked to perfection. The wine list whilst not extensive was well priced. We will be back, thank you.

Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch here. The food was really unexpectedly good, particularly for the price. The location is amazing, something different with the beautiful beach, and historical surrounds. Our server was lovely and made the lunch very special. Can't wait to return.

Looking back at some of the mixed reviews we were a little hesitant and our expectations were not high. I am hoping this review will give you the confidence to visit and dine in this wonderful establishment.
We were greeted by friendly staff and were accompanied to our table upstairs. We were in a group of 6 and we were also staying at the resort. The service was excellent all evening, could not fault it and our requests were handled promptly and courteously. A credit to the team.
All 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals including a fussy eater who also had options. Whilst a set menu, it still offered a good range of choices.

My partner and I had a great dinner at the Boilerhouse Restaurant - the location was perfect, very good service, and tasty food & drinks. It is a must go and the restaurant has a very special vibe for couples. The Pork Chop was delicious, and the Salted Caramel Creme Brulee was out of this world. Thanks for a welcoming dinner experience.

Lovely place for a night out. Be sure to take advantage of the Espresso martini happy hour. We had the two course dinner. Service was great and food delicious.

We had an amazing experience at the Boilerhouse Restaurant at QStation in Manly. Champagne on arrival and a walk along Quarantine Beach to soak up the atmosphere, followed by some drinks on the lawn. It was such a lovely evening we chose to dine outdoors and enjoyed great food and wines. A very memorable experience. Thanks to the staff for looking after us from the moment we arrived - a great team. We will definitely return.

My friends and I attended both the cocktail masterclass and dinner here over the weekend and had a great time. We especially loved our cocktail teacher Brooke, she was so friendly and accomodating and taught us so much. 10/10 would recommend :)

We had a really great experience at the Boilerhouse. We had afternoon drinks outside and then returned for dinner. The food was delicious, such a great location and atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and service just wonderful! I definitely would go back.

The 12 of us had a very memorable Christmas Lunch with good food, wines and excellent service. It is our second Christmas celebration at the Boiler House. One outside and now one inside. Both beautifully done.

The food is great but it is the staff that really make this restaurant. More specifically Xavia who is amazing.

This is our second Christmas visit to Q station from the UK. Yet again it was a wonderful experience. We were very jet lagged when we arrived and were a bit late for our reservation but the staff were welcoming, helpful and we didn’t feel rushed. Food was excellent

We went there as part of our anniversary. The service was magnificent in our view. The waiters were very attentive, helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. They were also very helpful with booking.

The menu may be slightly limited to some but the selections available are divine. It is slightly up market but the flavour, freshness, presentation and timely service can't be faulted or criticised at all. A great rep of Aust Contemporary dishes.

Desserts are particularly amazing esp the chocolate tart abd poached pear. A comprehensive selection of wine is available.

The restaurant is also a perfect starting point for a stroll after dinner along the beach.

Good food and friendly service. Loved the live music on Sunday and great space to spend some time with the kids playing ping pong!

We discovered this place randomly on the way back to Sydney, and we are really happy. The staff were friendly and the food was great, a bit pricy though. But it really worth the enjoyment from the beautiful view. It was also nice visiting the Hydro Majestic Shop next to it. strongly recommended.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was great. Catered well for special dietary requirements. Amazing location on shoreline of Sydney Harbour in an historic brick boilerhouse building that has been modernised inside but retains it’s historic feel.

if you do nothing else in your culinary lifetime, grab a ferry and enjoy lunch or dinner or a weekend at Q Station to dine at this amazing restaurant, yes it’s off the grid, set in sydney’s historic quarantine station, you have to ferry, cycle or free minibus in to a secluded bay on the harbour, the caramelised pineapple pavlova should be called “a million skyrockets in a mouthful “ , we enjoyed a festival of flavours , menu designed to share, so many flavours, the chefs seven dishes for two, a wide selection of gourmet dishes including kingfish shashimi , mussels, waygu steak, broccolini to name a few , and two deserts, and no
i did not share the pavlova, has to be tasted to be believed, words cannot describe the myriad of flavours, the staff amazing, ashleugh and maître de johnathon made our 40th anniversary perfect 👌 and after dinner enjoy a drink in the outdoor under the stars engine room bar and maybe meet one of the local “bandicoots” 😃 oh and the ghost tour starts at 8 😱

We had a family celebration, 6 of us, at the Boilerhouse. We were there for a luxury escape weekend staying in one of the cottages. The food was excellent, service and staff were very responsive, friendly and added to a lovely ambience. We had the $99 wine pairing for 3 courses. Wonderful !!!
