Good customer service and a great bike.
The rock machine has great components and ran super smooth, I can tell he maintains it really well. Didn’t know rock machine before but it’s got dvo onyx and shimano xt with 203mm brakes and was a pleasure to ride.

The bike hiring process was easy, Alan was there on time to greet us, the bike was well set up which meant I could jump straight on without setup. The bike was well maintained and pleasure to ride. Would definitely recommend.

KBL Bikes was the only store in Sydney to have the Shimano Steps BT-E8010 Battery in stock. The customer service at KBL Bikes was unparalleled, with fast emails and even a door-to-door delivery offered by Alan when I told him I was sick. The price was good, too.

I rented a road bike from KBL and had an excellent experience! Alan took great care of my needs and the rental was a great value. KBL allowed me to change my planned rental date on short notice because of a conflict on the planned rental day, the bike I rented was essentially brand-new and in excellent condition, and all of my emails were answered promptly and completely. Alan even went so far as to lend me his personal bike air pump since I was uncomfortable riding without one (none was needed as the tubes and tires on the bike were highly puncture-resistant). I rode the Botany Bay route to the Cpt. Cook memorial past Kurnell, and then rode back to the north part of the bay at Brighton before returning back to KBL. I had a great day of cycling and a great rental experience from KBL! Highly recommended if you are planning on renting a bike for the day!

The team at KBL Bikes were awesome. I ordered my bike from BikesOnline and had it delivered directly to KBL Bikes for a pro assembly and riding gears. They also sorted me out with riding gear and advice for my next session out. Alan was extremely helpful and will continue to come back for anything bike related.

Very good service. Fast and trustworthy. Mechanic Lachlan took the time to explain in detail what he did on my bike. They also called me to gather further information on what I was after during the service. Lots of specific parts and equipment that I was not familiar with are available on the shelves. They are open on Sunday which is a bonus. Invoice was very detailed, listed the torque figures, and very competitive value.

I had 3 bikes serviced at KBL. Alan and his team were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The mechanic took time to explain all the work that needs to be done before and after the service. The price was also very reasonable. Very happy with the customer service.

We hired E bikes for the afternoon from here on our anniversary. The service was awesome, bikes were top notch and we had super fun. As we had not rode these before, Toby showed us how to operate them and checked we were comfortable before we were sent off with directions to scenic pathway around the bay.

KBL were fantastic. We needed urgent help while we were on holiday, just passing through Sydney, and they went above and beyond to diagnose and sort our issue (a warranty repair). All without any need for us to delay our trip. I so wish they were our local bike shop - all the skill, knowledge, integrity and helpfulness you want from your regular mechanic and retailer.

This review is long overdue. Few weeks back, I walked into the store to check it out, as I heard it was one of the new up comers in Sydney. There was a great selection, and the staff really know what they're talking about. It's great to see the amount of passion they have for their sports, where we spent some time sharing mountain bike stories :) Lastly, I was also impressed with the bike workshop, they have every tool under the sun, a mechanics paradise. Will definitely be back, you guys rock!

I recently bought an e bike from Alan at KBL bikes Caringbah. My bike is European made and is a Superior e RX 650 . It has quality all Shimano components and is lighter than many other e bikes on the market. Alan is knowledgable and helpful and tunes and services all his bikes himself. He is also price competitive. I thoroughly recommend KBL bikes to anyone looking for a good e bike.

Great shop and products with a wide range of quality bikes and ebikes to choose from. I am very happy with the service and attention I received from a friendly staff who made me feel welcome and assisted me with all my queries. I tried the Rock Machine Blizzard 90-27 RZ Enduro out on the Sydney trails and it was a great experience.
