Plus the sauna is a massive draw card for me and my training

Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating. The sauna, equipment and classes are top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey!

The staff are so welcoming, the energy in this gym is really fun and really pumps you up to exercise but also have a blast doing it. 10/10!

Jackie in particular who takes a variety of classes always with her expertise & lots of fun!
