My daughter was recommended to Justin and the team at Live Athletic after knee surgery late last year. Dan and Justin have been brilliant support in getting her back to full fitness and using their state of the art equipment to test and ensure she was ready to return to the footy field and not risk further injury. The supportive and professional environment provided by the team at Live Athletic was awesome to witness.

After a life changing knee injury two years earlier I was struggling with home training. I found Live athletic after talking to a Physio in the know. Justin and Alexa have been nothing short of awesome helping me to come back from an injury that I had doubts about doing. After so many setbacks these guys have got me on track and I am now doing great with rehab. If you have an injury and need to get help this is the place to go.

Once my rehab is finished i will continue training here, the depth of knowledge and professionalism at this gym continues to impress!

You wont find nicer staff, a more effictive program or a greater facility. Justin has this place running seamlessly with personalised and progressive programming for everyone from the everyday person to the pro athlete. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend.
