The hamburgers from here are delicious the lettuce and tomato are fresh the meat is good to perfection here chip are cooked perfect, the staff are friendly and welcoming and so grateful for you Business.

Great fish n chips, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Will drop by again when I'm in the area.

04.10.22 UPDATE: Visited again over the long weekend. We decided to spring for some battered fish, crumbed fish, fish cocktails, calamari rings and scallop potatoes (with chips, of course!). We were very happy with everything and can't wait to head back during the next trip we take in that area.

Nearly didn't go because I looked at the negative reviews. Service was excellent and quick. Ordered one fish and chips with 2 potato scallops to share. They gave us 3 scallops and we couldn’t eat all the lovely chips because there were so many. Great value. Will def be back!

I got 2 fish and chips, a cheeseburger and chips and 4 scallops for $29. Coming from Sydney where one measly plate of fish and chips can cost the same price, you can imagine my healthy sceptism. Imagine my delight when it was fish and chips, done the old school way, with a proper fry on the chipa and a fish batter that stayed crispy even after the 90 minute drive back to Sydney. It was so delicious and excellent value for money. In the words of my 8 year old son, I am really impressed with this place!

It's hard to differentiate one takeway shop from another but what sets Terry Street takeaway from others is the feeling of family you get. The owner Leong is a great guy who remembers everyone he serves regularly. This place is also known for their burgers with a reputation that stands up. His fish and chips always taste fresh and I never feel disappointed with my order from Terry Street Takeway.
