I’ve been SO happily surprised with One Agency; Kara Shipp in particular. I’m currently renting through them, and not only did they win my love right from the start with a welcome bag of moving-in stuff, but every single person there has been genuinely nice.
Usually I’m nervous with real estates, especially property managers when I’m renting. Like when you walk out of a shop without buying anything and you feel that little bit of uneasiness, like someone thinks you stole something, you know? You know. Well I don’t have that feeling with this real estate. I don’t feel nervous like I’m going to get in trouble even though I did nothing wrong. I feel like she’d actually HELP me if I had any troubles.
Having to submit heaps of applications and go to multiple inspections and trudge through the mud of attempting to find a home during this rental crisis is bad enough; dealing with real estate agents on power trips is painful. But Kara isn’t one of those people. I’m really grateful for her. There’s been nothing but professional kindness and support, and it’s made such a difference. And I’m not just saying that because of the chocolate in the welcome bag. I’m genuinely impressed and thankful for this real estate 😊 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly couldn’t recommend One Agency enough. All employees are hard working and make sure any questions or applications are processed fast and as a tenant/potential tenant they ensure you’re kept in the loop the entire time. Personally I dealt with Olivia, Kara & Carly - these girls are the best! From getting an approval at 5pm Friday afternoon to having the house & keys ready 9am Saturday morning.
